During our phone conversation, Bruce was patient and accommodating in answering my questions regarding purchasing some spotter cans. One of his technicians Tanner, drove to my apartment complex within a couple days to deliver the spotter cans. Overall, Bruce and Tanner were professional, patient and great!

Appointment was within the designated time. Done in timely fashion. Carpet cleanliness was good with the accepting of one spot the servicer stated he couldn't get out. P.U.R.T. treatment done to get rid of pet accident smell, unfortunately did not appear to work as Carpet still smells of pee. Overall, appreciate the work done and the attempt to rectify my animals poor health and having accidents on the carpet.

After calling around on a Sunday (I was desperate for a clean of a new-to-me used couch) Qualls was the most reasonably priced, by far. And they were able to come next day. I was able to prepay with Apple Pay, which was really convenient. The technician texted me a few hours before appointment window to give me a more exact time and arrived when he said he would. The clean took about an hour and I was super happy with the results. Water was coming out clean and stains were completely gone by the time he was done.

Grant was excellent in cleaning my carpets so efficiently and carefully. I truly appreciated his work ethic and courtesy.

Great job by York. My dog had been sick creating a large stain and smell. He got that cleaned up back to normal. The rest of the house he cleaned looks better than after other types of cleaning.

I use ChemDry between tenants fairly often. They are super reliable and can turn around quickly. The most recent tech, Dallin, even offered to move the couch to get under for extra cleaning.

My toddler drew on my very light carpet in red and orange oil pastel crayons. I wasn't sure there was any hope, but Grant worked for a long time and was able to lighten it until it can hardly be seen at all. He said it was the most stubborn stain he's seen, but he was able to save our carpet! I would definitely recommend him.

My first time getting my carpets professionally cleaned and WOW what a difference to have a professional do it! Rob was very professional and fast also so kind. He made it a breeze. He cleaned our carpets and I ran errands. When I came home my house smelled so clean and the carpets looked so good.
