OneStop Plumbers - Plumbing and Leak Detection

My name is Jim Lopez and my wife is Sonja, so I am the one sharing the following experience with OneStop Plumbers: This is my second experience with this company within a year. We unfortunately had a home builder use substandard material and labor when we bought our home 27 years ago. The first call was for a copper T- joint pipe leak by my water heater.

The material the builder originally used was questionable, failed and caused the leak. OneStopPlumber's service from phone call to completion of repair was smooth, professional and thoroughly searched for the origin of the problem during both of our calls for service. We had a slab leak this time. It was repaired with limited demo and there are no leaks now.

The price was thoroughly explained before work was started and the price was very fair considering the other options of re-piping or rerouting the water line. I am very happy with the outcome and will definitely call OneStopPlumbers in the future if the need arises.

Wade was very knowledgeable and quick to repair my main drain leak. I'm very satisfied with OnrStop Plumbers' work. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing problems I have.

Dylan was out technician, he was straight to the point in regard to what needed to be completed and replaced. Completed the work neatly and efficiently. The staff Regina was very helpful and professional. I came home to lots of water by the water heater, I called 4 companies all were going to send out techs within 4 - 5. hours. One stop plumbers arrived within 45 minutes and resolved my water heater issue, and they also had the better price of 3. Good company to have as your plumbers.

My experience with OneStop Plumbers was absolutely 5-Stars. In my case I had a bad leak in the crawl space under my house and OneStop Plumbing sent me Ryan. He evaluated the condition which turned out to be more than one leak and a bit complex. He documented it with video, then presented a correction plan and a quotation. Ryan really seemed to know his stuff.

He's sharp and doesn't waste any time. At completion, he offered pictures and video of his workmanship. It was really a pleasure to turn my problems over to a competent plumber and be taken care of. The price seemed very fair, though I admit I didn't shop around for the lowest price. I'm not sure I want the lowest priced plumber, if you know what I mean. If I ever need plumbing work again, I'm calling OneStop Plumbers.

Great Company! We have used them for years, and they are always prompt, reasonably priced, and excellent at explaining things. Here is an example: This morning, we made an appointment, and they said they would be there between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. At 8:15 a.m. we received a call that they would be there in 10 minutes. This is typical. they fixed our issue and were gone within one half of an hour. I can't recommend this company enough. And they stand behind their work.

I have OneStop Plumbers saved into my contact list because my little boy won't stop flushing wipes down the toilet which clogs our drains. OneStop Plumbers are the best, they show up to the rescue fast and on time. Dylan came to help me out today and fixed my issue, he's such a great guy and gave us tips to not get us stuck in these situations anymore.

Had a leak at the water meter. Called the water company and they came out - said there was a leak between the meter and the house so I would need a plumber. Called OneStop Plumbers at 2:45 and they said someone would come between 3-5. He showed up at 4 and completed repairs by 6. They had to move rocks, etc and when they were done everything was left in excellent condition. I would definitely use them again.

Great experience thankfully for a last-minute job. Ryan was awesome! Very friendly and personable but most of all professional. The only critique I have is that he cleans up like my husband. You missed a few items during the cleanup. But it was totally fine. I would definitely use one stop plumbing again.

This is the third time we've used One Stop Plumbing, and each time we've been exceptionally pleased with the service. Our repairman was Not only on time but early! Ryan called first to see if coming early would be possible. He asked me in detail what I needed done and then went to work completing the jobs carefully and quickly, then testing to make sure there were no problems.
