I have always had very good experiences with Veteran Garage Door. They are quick to answer the phone and will send someone out same day in most cases. I've had them come and service my garage door three times for three different reasons and they all have been positive. They replaced my broken tensioner quickly and at a fair price. They then helped me with the gasket at the bottom of the door. Finally, they just recently installed a side-mounted garage door opener. Zack was friendly, informative, and worked efficiently to remove the ceiling-mounted opener and install the wall-mounted one.

Everything was installed neatly and looks very sharp. Zack also answered all of my questions throughout the install and gave me options on where it could be installed and wires run. I'm very pleased with Veteran Garage Door and would call them in a heartbeat for any future garage door needs.

Trent repaired my garage spring and rollers and rail rollers. He did a needed inspection and made me aware of his game plan. I have a more modern spring/ roller system. Much safer since my stuff was at least 30 years old. I had a new opener put in a few months ago but that company did not inspect and find all the needed items Trent did. He is professional and had my safety in mind. Thanks Trent, the company can be very proud of you. Great knowledge and he educated me a lot.

I called them on Thursday and Trent was out first thing Friday morning. He replaced one of our openers on the wall in our garage, put new wiring in, tightened the spring and adjusted the settings. He was fantastic and we have a new garage door company!

Y'all! It's The Fourth of July today, and Sergio STILL came and replaced our broken spring at 9 AM this morning! I figured that 100% we would not hear from anybody until July 5, and that would have been totally understandable, but veteran garage door repair, went far above and beyond my expectations and had us back up and running within one hour! Tech came out, looked to see what needed to be done and gave me a reasonable quote. He did everything he said he would do with no surprises. Made sure everything worked properly before he left. Took about an hour to do everything. Will definitely recommend them.
