I've been using Pool Logic as my pool maintenance company for about 4 months and I can truly say that I wholeheartedly recommend them! 1. Three other "pool guys" said I needed to contact SDG&E to have my pool heater turned on after they couldn't figure it out. Brodie at PL walked over, took off the cover and flipped a switch in the heater unit.and it started right up! 2.
Every time I have a question, the PL Team responds within an hour or less! Communication is HUGE me. 3. I'm a navy veteran who has issues with random people showing up at my house and randomly walking in my back yard. I asked for them to call me 30-45 minutes before they're going to arrive to service the pool - and in 3 month of weekly visits, they've called every time!
This may not sound like a big deal but I've gone weeks waiting for contractors to communicate with me and they don't. So, I truly appreciate how these guys go out of their way to make sure we're taken care of. I highly recommend Pool Logic for service, repairs and new equipment installation.

Pool Logic is by far the best pool servicing company we've used! Believe me, after 30 plus years owning a pool, we've had a number of scammers, half hearted, uninterested, and dishonest pool cleaners. Thomas is precise, professional and truly invested in taking excellent care of our pool. He takes his time to give you his best effort each time he comes, not just "showing up" that is all too common in the pool cleaning industry. Additionally, he takes pics before & after of our pool and emails us a full report including pictures.
