Outstanding service from Benji Ben from Affordable Heating & Air. He was on time, respectful ( do you need me to take off my shoes), identified the problem immediately & saved us a lot of money - turned out we did not need a whole new unit after all. Not only that, but he was incredibly engaging & helped us out more than we expected. Thank you Benji - we will definitely come back to this company, but want Benji Ben to be our technician :)

Ara was such and amazing worker, he really helped me understand my AC system better and explained every throughly what needed to be fixed and why. He was a great guy, make sure you request him when using this company! Very kind and reasonable quote for replacement as well!

Had Benji come out for a free estimate on installing the Split Unit at my house. He really took his time and explained everything thoroughly. Pricing was amazing too no havgle just the best deal. I am going to use him and just waiting for my HOA approval!

Eric was respectable and very knowledgeable. I appreciated him taking his time with our A/C assessment. Providing clear options to the work we may need makes it much easier on the decision making. Like with everything, even though we will seek a 2nd/3rd quote for price comparison, I cannot deny that Eric is one cool & awesome dude that keeps things on a real level, which is something that is difficult to find in today's world. He's one good guy. Hope and pray we can come to an agreement in the next couple days.

Eric meyerson was awesome! He was very transparent on all the information regarding our old ac system and the new one we're getting installed! He even grabbed his ladder and checked our ducts to make sure everything was good! He was very good explaining all the details so we understand everything! He took his time and wasnt at all in a rush which was much appreciated. Made my situation feel important and urgent unlike many others!

I finally needed to replace Our ac unit at our home and called about 3 or 4 Places to get quotes, I was referred to Donna from a friend and got a quote from her, by far they were the best option, not only Cost but professionals as well, I wanted something done asap and they were able to fit me in, her team were very nice and did an amazing job. Highly recommend. Good service great work.

A truly fantastic experience. Jeremy is our new hero and Affordable H and A are our going to be our new go to for Maintenance and repair. Jeremy is not only incredibly friendly and positive, but even more importantly he knows what he's doing. He came in and was able to get on our roof with no problem when just about every other contractor complained it was impossible without a specialty ladder.

He checked out the unit, diagnosed the problem (blown capacitor) and repaired it in under 30 minutes! He also gave me an air filter to use because my existing one was so dirty. He explained everything he was doing and involved us in the process when it made sense. When it came time to pay we didn't even have to sit down. Very reasonable. Hats off to Jeremy. The feeling of confidence and relief my wife and I feel now that we have a reliable AC contractor is palpable. One less thing to worry about.

My A/C went out on a late afternoon on Sunday. The service time was phenomenal from phone call to arrival. Jeremy quickly identified issue, explained (without being condescending) and was extremely polite, respectful and nice. He replaced the capacitor, added a hard start kit and cleaned my outdoor a/c unit. All in all, 5 stars all around.

I could not have been more pleased then I was with Jimmy from Affordable Heating And Air. The company from start to finish was so professional. I loved their verification methods, their notifications of what to expect when to expect and who to expect. The job they did was beyond reproach. When they said they would do an initial eval for no charge they stood behind it and it took quite a while. I am a lifelong customer of Affordable Heating And Air for sure.

I found this company on a Facebook group and I was desperate to fix my A/C because it wasn't pumping cool air. I called them and they sent a technician named Jeremy the SAME DAY! He told us our capacitor was the problem and we also needed to install a hard start kit. He did it in 20 minutes and our A/C started working instantly. It was a little pricier than I thought it would be but not horrible, considering we need our air condition fixed in this heat wave and Jeremy knew exactly what the problem was right away! Martin and his team were honest, friendly, upfront, and walked me through exactly what needed doing (and why) and answered tons of questions. Our heating system had been installed in the most amateur (and likely dangerous) way. They put it all right and weren't trying to upcharge or add tons of little fees, they just did a great job and communicated clearly. Definitely recommend them.

My AC was not blowing cold air I called a few of the recommended people 3 said I need to completely replace my system and Donna sent a tech and in 10 mins my ac was working again.
