Michael is timely, knowledgeable, and helps problem solve when pests are being extra pesky. I have a severe allergy to fire ants and he takes it very serious and always ensures the best treatment of them. He asks frequently how things are going and will come out if needed. Highly recommend.

He knows what he's doing! He was able to end my ant and silverfish problems that my the other pest control company couldn't! Rates are fair and comparable to other pest control companies. They will come twice to start, and will do follow ups if needed between the scheduled quarterly visits. He knows his stuff, he's reliable, and he is a great guy too!

Michael at Paladin Pest Control is a true professional. He treats our home on a quarterly basis and uses chemicals/methods for the types of pests that are active during that time of year. There aren't enough positive words in the dictionary to describe Paladin. I would have to say the best aspect of the business is how friendly and personable they are. I always have a pleasant conversation with Bobby during every visit. Another service they provide, which is very important, is education. Education on what I, as a homeowner, can do to make the pest treatments more effective.

I had no idea there was a gap between my foundation and the exterior, which is a highway for pests to enter no matter the treatment. When Bobby pointed out this fact, I was able to apply spray foam and seal up those pathways which has cut down on the number of multi-legged creatures entering the house. As far as value.you won't find better in the area.

The prices are more than competitive with other companies, but the service far exceeds any others that we've used in the past. They are so fantastic that I had my elderly mother use them for her house as well. Paladin provides that personal touch in an otherwise hands off industry.

We had a severe infestation of FIRE ANTS, threatening to undermine a sensitive installation, and Michael agreed to visit for a one-purpose treatment. He appeared on the date and time promised, applied his treatment, and promised to return if the ants re-appeared. So far, they haven't! With three years of experience as a university nuclear--biological, and chemical safety officer, I can state that Paladin Pest Control knows how to apply just enough toxic chemicals to do the job and how to apply them in a thoroughly safe manner.

I never thought I would find my self to review a pest control company but these guys are the next level as far as customer service and pest control. Very informative and the bugs are gone.
