Superb Service and Quality of Care. From the Customer Service Representative named Eugene to Mike the Tech who came out. This company deserves 10 stars for the quality, and the time they sacrifice to come out to do an amazing job! My parents had a 20 year old Gas water heater that needed to be replaced. I wish I had pictures, my Dad parked his car in the garage now I can't get pictures of the beautiful water heater.

I will update before and after pictures soon. Plus this company doesn't rip you off! They do not compromise excellent service with lower prices. They are the best in town as far as I'm concerned. Great job guys!

From beginning to end, our experience was amazing. They are the best contractors we have ever worked with and it's clear they are here to do the job right and take pride in their work. We had our HVAC fully replaced, converted our water tank from gas to electric, and upgraded our electrical panel. They are SMUD approved contractors that are very knowledgeable about rebate programs and will file the paperwork for you.

Our work was all permitted and the inspector was very impressed with their work. We worked with several different employees, from initial quoting, admin, to techs, and had a great experience. Super Brothers installed a heat pump water heater for us. The entire staff was courteous and professional and handled everything from start to finish including the paperwork. Dimitri did an outstanding job with the install and did it alone. Impressive because it was an all day job! What I most appreciated is when I had some trouble getting hot water the next day, they came right out and got everything situated; it was just a setting on the mixing valve, no big deal. He even came back half an hour later to make sure we were still getting hot water. We definitely felt taken care of. Highly recommend!

In November I received a thorough HVAC and plumbing consultation from Gadji Zagirov, who works with Super Brothers. Our house was built in 2020 and we used "a LOCAL HVAC Company" (I won't mention it's name). Gadji caught some installs that were not up to code and he recommended to fix them in a timely manner. Copper piping from the AC unit was not isolated which will lead to loosing Freon.

That would be an expensive mistake. I'm bummed because the crew that worked on our house did the work so fast that the quality wasn't there and some things will cost more to redo. I'm glad Gadji helped us and I appreciate his attention to details and quality of work! He is very experienced and won't cut corners and we would love to work with him again!

I recently have a heat pump WH tank replacement. The whole process is a breeze including permitting, rebate application and installation. Boris is the best, he works alone and manages to finish Tank and new electrical circuit installation, cleaning and hauling the old tank within 6 hours. It passed the city final inspect yesterday and the inspector has high remarks on the quality of the installation. These guys are second to none.

We've been using Super Brothers for years. In fact, we have one of their old refrigerator magnets from when they were Super Mario Plumbing. We've stuck with them because they've always been honest and reasonably priced. Also, most of the time I call them, they send someone out the same day, even though I don't have an emergency. We will definitely keep using them for our plumbing needs.

Super Brothers responded to my request for a quote very quickly and prices were very reasonable. He texted before he came out and let me know when he was close by. He understood exactly what drain needed to be unclogged and did so in record timing. He did not try to upsell us on replacing pipes as 2 other plumbers suggested. He left the area clear and clean and even gave my husband some tips on areas that could use some preventative care so that leaks wouldn't occur in the future.

I liked that he saw my husband was capable of doing some things on his own and gave us the option to do it ourselves to save us some money. They are a great value and being new to this area, I'm glad that we have a go to plumbing company that we trust. Called Super Bros after another company quoted me 4x the going rate for a hose bib replacement out front. Jose called to let me know he was running early and confirm he could come by; he was prompt and professional, and completed the repair/replacement of my cracked hose bib in less than 30 minutes. Ray what is my technician and he was absolutely one of the most professional people that have ever entered my house to do a repair. He dealt with two problems that I've had other people come out and try to fix at least four times, he did it in less than an hour. My confidence in the company actually started with the phone call I had with Catherine she was extremely professional and helpful. She left me with a very secure feeling that I was going to be taken care of. They have a customer for life.

We had a new propane hot water heater installed several months ago (Spring 2020) and they also fixed an older hot water heater to decrease the time required to provide hot water. Finally, they redid the piping under the house to shorten the distance between the new heater and the kitchen sink and dishwasher thereby saving us time and water by cutting a previous 4-5 minute wait to get hot water to about 30-45 seconds.

Then a week or so ago, they called and advised us that a county inspection was required in order to keep our warranty and they arranged for a county inspector to come at a convenient time. When he inspected today, he had nothing but praise for Super Brothers' work in the installation of the new unit and noted that they went the extra mile by providing a 10-15 foot pipe to ensure that the carbon monoxide exhaust would exit the unit a long way from our deck which is immediately above it. Super Brothers is Super and I will. use them in the future for important work.

We had a very bad situation going on under our house at a very hard time for our family, but Super Mario Plumbing helped us through it! They referred us to a great company to get the water out from under our house, were patient with us while we got updates on when they could be here, and after all of that they fixed our broken pipe in a few hours. My hot water stopped flowing all of the sudden a few days before I was going to list my home for sale, and Super Mario Plumbing saved the day. I figured I was in for a new water heater ($1300 !) just to get everything working again. Super Mario found a small plastic piece that had been lodged in the supply line and was blocking the flow of water and only charged me the min. service call fee. They could have easily taken advantage of me and sold me the water heater but didn't! That is true integrity!

This company was great to work with. I had a major issue with my pipes. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Quick to respond and fast efficient fix with a reasonable price. We've had them out to our house many times for various reasons: replace toilets, garbage disposal, and gas range, fix water heater, and unclogged a pipe. They responded quickly to my plumbing problem - my Rheem gas water heater quit working. The dispatcher who answered the phone (I didn't have to leave a message!) asked me to take a couple of pictures and send them to him. As soon as he received the photos he called me back with a quote. They had the replacement parts on hand, and the plumber who did the work (Ben) was quick, professional and accurate. He even spent time showing me how to relight the pilot if it should go out again. All for a fair price. Completely dependable -- I'm a happy customer!

The Super Mario Team replaced our house plumbing and water line, installed a tankless water heater, new shower and kitchen faucets, and a new utility sink/faucets. They were very dependable and respectful of our time and inconvenience while we had no water access. Yurie and team would give us a time they would arrive each day and they were always on time. These guys are the only folks I will use for my plumbing needs. They have done two jobs for me: They installed an upstairs tank water heater in my rental and a tankless water heater in my home. I don't think anyone beats Super Mario's prices or professionalism. Everyone on their staff goes out of their way to be courteous and to keep you informed.

They are fast and work hard. Installing my tankless water heater involved drilling through a 18-inch brick wall in my garage, and halfway into the job, they decided drywall work would be involved. None of this extra work affected my original estimate. Awesome. I will use them again!
