My neighbor and I came home to kitchen sinks backing up in our condos. I called our HOA they sent Prime plumber Todd Deidrich out 8PM. He got our drains cleared and everything in working order. He insisted on wiping down the work area. Thank you Todd! He is professional, courteous with attention to detail what a great asset to your company! I will be giving feedback to my HOA and will personally use Prime in the future for other work.

Todd D. From prime is a stellar plumber to have out. He came out to an issue with a newly constructed home and had it fixed super fast and even came up with a game plan that if something happens in the future what the next steps would be to get it done. I've used Prime Plumbing and Heating several times now. They're wonderful, super helpful, the work doesn't come cheap, but do you want the work done cheap, or do you want it done right? They'll do it right. I also want to shout out to Bradley and Brian. I've had the pleasure of both technicians. They're professional, good at their jobs, and go out of their way to help the customers feel at ease.
I want to also shout out to Megan who has likewise been an absolute pleasure to work with. Being a local company right here in North Denver is a definite bonus. They once even gifted us a thermos mug and home-baked cookies. No one else comes close to taking care of their customers the way they do. Highly recommended.

Today I came home from work and smelled gas going throughout my home. I remembered seeing a prime vehicle, and looked them up to see when someone would be available to come out! I was surprised when I spoke with Emily who said she could get someone out later this evening, and kept me in the loop with updates throughout the day. She sent a plumber out named Justin who noticed my stove gas line was the culprit. By the time he was gone, everything was back up and running. Thank you prime for coming out on such short notice!

Ray was awesome. He came out and fixed a clog in a commercial hot water pipe at our facility with in an hour of arriving. This was after having another company had come out for 8 hours unable to find a solution. This company is professional and they have Master Plumbers who know what they are doing. Our hotel stay at Wesminster courtyard hotel was nearly a disaster when we experienced clogged pipes not allowing us to shower, we contacted front desk and they contacted Prime Plumbing and heating and Emily contacted us to let us know Justin would arrive in 2 hrs Emily called us 30 minutes before Justin arrived to update us he was arriving, Justin arrived and fixed the problem and we were able to go back to normal. We had two great experiences with Prime Plumbing & Heating in 2022. Our water heater went out in January one night and we put in a request through Angi. By the next morning we had contact with them just after 7 am and someone at our home to diagnose the problem before 10 am. Amazing! Brian did a great job replacing the water heater that day. In December, our furnace started having issues, so we reached out to them again. Nate was able to come out same day and diagnose the problem.
While we may need a new unit sometime soon, he was able to replace a part to keep us going with the current one for now. We appreciate the fantastic, timely, professional, and reasonable services from this company and highly recommend them!
