Patrick was amazing. First off, unlike other plumbers I have used who charge a price just for coming, Patrick comes and and looks at the problem and provides a price, no "landing" price. Patrick went to my property, determine there is nothing wrong with it, and did not charge me. I can't believe it. He is the most honest plumber I have ever ran into. I would highly recommend Patrick and his company.

Pat talked through the whole service, was very wonderful with payment options, and was extremely friendly through the whole service. We had 2 other plumbers from another company come out to fix the same issue, only to have the problem come back. Pat found the cause, checked with the camera to make sure things were working and suggested some next steps as our pipes are from the 1970s and didn't receive any love since they were built. Thank you again Pat!

Pat, the owner understood my emergency and was able to quickly come to our rescue with a broken cartridge stuck in the shower faucet. Fixed it fast and very pleasant in his service. Also had time to give me some advice on another plumbing issue all before 5 o'clock on a Tuesday afternoon.

I don't write many reviews, so forgive my grammar, but I needed to mention this. Patrick called prior to his arrival, arrived on time, walked us through the installation, and answered all of our questions. The installation was real quick and quiet, it didn't interrupt my mom's meeting (she works from home) and I would have forgotten he was even there if it wasn't for the dogs.

After the installation, Patrick went over how everything works, showing us in the manual and on the panel and answering more questions. He was very nice and very polite through the whole process. He even gave us a small discount at the end. Overall, I would give him more than 5 stars if possible, but I'll give what I can. He definitely earned it in my opinion. Will definitely call him for any more issues or projects.
