Have been around many different contractors in my time and none have come remotely close to Josh. Very impressed with his overall work that was both quick and high quality. If you want a veteran contractor that you can trust will do a good job, Josh is your guy.

Josh is doing a full rennovation on my 125 year old Victorian. Few people are experienced with this kind of rennovation where new problems are discovered daily. His attention to detail is exceptional and his experienced crew is fully capable of altering plans and methods when necessary. However, after dealing with numerous other contractors over the years, what impresses me most is his honesty. In a competitive world, Josh stands way above the rest.

Company researched exterior shutter replacements at my home to mitigate wind damaging existing shutters and still comply with HOA requirements. Found a solution with vinyl shutters and they installed the new shutters as soon as material received. Installation was professional and crew left site spotless. All coordination and communication with Josh Brooks was clear and timely. Would recommend for similar projects.

Fixed a really difficult to find leak from the balcony down, repaired the ceiling, insulated all around the sliding door, painted, and resurfaced the flat roof. Very thorough with an excellent outcome.

We were very happy with their work. Josh and William were courteous, responsive and good communicators. They replaced our roof, added vents and 2 fans to prevent overheating in our eaves. They also replaced an old skylight. The crew was also courteous and kept the worksite clean. We would highly recommend them.

I recently had a hail damage renovation on my roof and skylight. The guys at Josh Brooks construction were very professional and extremely proficient add making the process as easy as possible. It only took them one day to do the roof, however due to weather constraints the Skylight had to be done at a later date. Nonetheless I would 100 recommend Josh Brooks Construction for any home renovation needs. These guys are amazing!
