Terry Garnett's Propane

I've been using Garnett's Propane for over 20 years and I have always had great service from them. I called this week needing my tank filled but concerned because a bird had nested in the top of my tank. I had to get the fill so I left the nest to fate. The driver, seeing the nest, filled the tank so carefully he did not disturb the nest or eggs and the bird reclaimed her space. This is the level of thoughtful service I have experienced throughout the years. I recommend them to everyone.

The folks here definitely know there stuff and Jacob has been amazing with helping sort out all the little details and getting us set up and educated on our new home/propane system. I can't ask for anything more as he's been awesome.

Could not be more impressed with the " over and above" service from Garnett's. Not only did they save us from going completely empty during Snowmageddon when I flagged down their truck in the snow, but they have also done an incredible job hooking up a pretty complex system for our pool and hot tub. They did it quickly and at a very reasonable price. Jake in particular is super personable and great at his craft.

When I had a small issue, they were out the next business day and fixed it in less than an hour. In our experience it's rare to find a family owned business that really understands true customer service.these guys do. We are Garnett customers for life!

Every time I call the customer service is exceptional. The last two times I have been very near empty on my propane. I know both of these times they were slammed with other customers due to a cold snap in the area. Both times they came through with same day service. It is great to be able to depend on them, especially with a 6 week old at home! Thanks TG's!

We've been loyal customers to Garnett Propane for over twenty years. They are always dependable for servicing our propane tank at a fair price. Recently, we installed a new HVAC system in our house and the technician told us not to use the furnace because the gas pressure was too low. I called Garnett about the gas problem and Jacob came out immediately to adjust the gas pressure to range so we were not left out in the cold. Jacob informed us that our regulators were over 25 years old and needed to be replaced. He installed all new regulators in our house to code specification. I highly recommend this company for all your propane needs.

Stellar experience. Did a remodel and had a heck of a time with most of the contractors. This was a wonderful break from the norm. Jacob came out twice.first to estimate and evaluate, and second to install a propane tank for a water heater. He was on time, personable, efficient, knowledgable, and got the job done beyond my expectations. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence was absolutely apparent from start to finish. The location for installation for the water heater was unusual and could have been difficult, but it did not phase him in the slightest. Would use again in a heartbeat.

I just moved back to my Ranch in Henly, tried to buy propane from several distributors in Dripping Springs and you would have thought I was asking for a delivery to Mt Everest. I called Garnett's and they delivered the same day by 2pm. I have ordered 3 more times this winter and always have same day delivery. Mike the driver is very good. They have a life long customer now because of their great service.

As a builder, these folks are the best. Not only did Jacob make sure everything was 110% to code, he also made sure my homeowners had hot water on Move In Day! Thanks!

Answered phone quickly. But they don't fill tanks on motor homes. They did recommend 2 orher places.

Terry Garnett's Propane have always been efficient in checking the level of our tank, not allowing it to get too low, plus always being observant of our property dampness condition when getting close enough to fill the tank! They have never damaged our property in any way.

I had Garnett's move my tank, paint it and connect new regulators. Robby came out and advised me on how to get prepared. He then came out today and did the work. All went very smoothly and quickly. He then called for a propane truck to fill the tank. LT came out and was friendly and professional. Thanks for a great experience.

I've always appreciated the easy and consistent service that Terry Garnett's Propane has provided us. They are understanding and professional. They are willing to deal with my dogs and call me before they come out so I can have the dogs inside. They recently could not get in my back yard (my fault), but they came back shortly to make sure we had what we needed and the service man who came could not have been nicer.

I absolutely give them a #1 rating, my previous provider let me run out multiple times. Monday I was calling all over to get my tank filled as we ran out(again)in this very cold weather we got over night. The girl at Garnett's answered the phone right away never put me on hold and they had someone here by 9am, Now that is customer service

I never been to their office, But I have call their office, and I sure love the costumer service very friendly and very helpful, I would recommend them.
