I searched for a plumbing company that had experience to do sewer line work for me. Almighty Rooter Plumbing responded immediately. Work was done in a timely manner. And I thought I was charged a very reasonable price. Five year warranty was given. When you have a house over fifty years old, you just don't know what to expect. Technician Jesse was professional. I love when seasoned workers are sent out to work on things - they have years of knowledge and experience. John Madden was sent out to our home on Sat. 02.13.2021 for a clogged kitchen drain. I was in Chicago helping my father move. His house was on the market and we were in a rush to sell and close on the house. The day of the open house the water heater started leaking all over the basement. We called and were pleasantly surprised to get one of the owners on the phone. Bob assured us they would be out fast.

I have dealt with Hector of Almighty Rooter for a year at least and his customer service is always excellent. I tell him what I need, and he makes a good effort to take care of emergencies immediately and schedule general maintenance for a time that works for us both. Hector is a good troubleshooter and his work is guaranteed.

Gave me a fair price, a little below other estimates, showed up when promised and cleaned up after themselves. They did more than I expected and made sure to honor a discount coupon from their web page. I highly recommend them and will use them again. I had a catch basin cleaned and my main sewer pipes hydro-jetted.
