My roofing claim has finally been approved thanks to Roofing USA! The first claim I submitted without a roofing company was denied. Abby and Keegan were instrumental in this claim getting approved. They kept everything moving even when our family was dealing with an unexpected crisis. We haven't started the work yet but I have complete faith that the job will be done right.

After several attemps to get our damaged roof replaced only Roofing USA was able to accurately assess the damage to qualify for the insurance for our new roof. They have proven themselves professional and thorough in their work and took excellent care of the our property throughout the work being carried out. The company walked us through each step of the project and oversaw each of the details. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the product used and the workmanship.

John Burley was incredibly helpful. We called because of a leak we were having. He did a full inspection of our roof and came back with an estimate of what was needed instead of trying to sell us on a full replacement. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to fix an issue, but hesitant they would feel pressure to replace the entire roof.

I called the company to come out to inspect my roof for a leak that I noticed. They were responsive. Jimmy arrived 5 minutes early from the time scheduled. Jimmy was thorough in his inspection and shared with me what the next step in the process would be. He communicated with the corporate office and made the necessary arrangements for next steps in the process.

Very pleased with Roofing USA and the inspector (John B.) that came out to my house. After having to deal with other contractors, it was very refreshing to work with a group that was honest, respectful and responsive. John B. completed a roof inspection and gave me a honest assessment. He did not try and sell me something that we didn't need. Actually did a few minor repairs at no charge. Like i said I didn't need a new roof at this time, but when I do I will be calling back Roofing USA to do the work. Very impressed so far.

I had a roofing company do an inspection recently and after about 10 minutes on the roof they reported "significant" hail damage and helped me to file a claim right away. I didn't feel right about the whole experience, so I cancelled the claim. Then John B. from Roofing USA shows up and I decided to get a second opinion. John spent about 40 minutes on the roof in 94 degree sunshine, and he reported my roof is in good shape and couldn't find any damage from hail. I appreciate his honesty and now I have a roofing company I can trust when I do need a replacement. Thanks John!

Hurricane Ian left its mark on our house and we contacted Roofing USA to evaluate our damage. We were worried about a leak, but they came quickly to inspect and let us know we weren't in as bad of shape as we imagined. They showed us pics of the damage and explained clearly what we needed, and ONLY what we NEEDED! They stuck to their time commitments and we were fully satisfied with their service. I had my roof inspected by John Burley. I learned a lot about my roof. I also learned a few things about the insurance industry. My experience was pleasant with no pressure. I didn't get my roof replaced but I would definitely recommend Roofing USA if you need your roof inspected. From my experience with John I felt like they definitely care about customer satisfaction.

Tim made sure it was a great experience from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, the process, the cost, etc. Everything went as explained & actually finished a day early. They did a great job with cleanup & Tim even walked the property after for final inspection of cleanup. Highly recommend this professional company for their service & quality work.

They made the process of replacing my roof easy by walking me through the upcoming steps. Started by helping with the insurance company, the scheduling, showing up early on starting day and completed the job in a day and a half. The crew did a great job on the roof and an excellent job in cleaning up after completion. I asked my neighbor why he was getting a new roof, since our houses were built around the same time (12 years ago). He said he had hail damage from a storm that recently came through. He gave me Cooper's card with Roofing USA. Cooper answered the phone when I called and was at my house with a drone later that afternoon. He and Tim went up on the roof and took pictures of what was obviously hail damage. Cooper and Tim helped me file a claim with my homeowners insurance and took care of everything from start to finish.

They worked directly with my insurance company to get the claim approved (it wasn't easy!) and communicated with me throughout the entire process start to finish. Cooper, Tim and the entire Roofing USA team were a pleasure to work with and I couldn't be happier with my new roof! If you live in Mt. Pleasant, have them come out and check to see if you too had hail damage from a storm that came through the summer of 2021. There is no charge for the inspection and you might end up with a brand roof for just your deductible.

This was my first time making a claim against my homeowners insurance. Cody helped me navigate the (overly complicated) waters of doing so and handled the submission of the initial claim, when the field adjuster came and the final paperwork to the insurance company. The crew was timely and got the job done in one day. They cleaned up quite well, I think my back deck is cleaner when they left than when they came!

We were very impressed with the quality of service we received from Roofingusa. From the day Cody Lemon knocked on our door to enquire about the condition of our roof, to his inspection of the project after completion, he displayed professionalism, competence, and familiarity with the products to be used. I found roof damage due to a storm. Project manager John Burley was at my house and on my roof in 2 days. He was very professional and organized. He walked me through the insurance claim process. He even met with the insurance adjuster (back on the roof) when he came to inspect the damage. After the insurance was settled, Mr. Burley scheduled the roof replacement.

Roofing USA recently replaced our storm-damaged roof. Their representative, Cody Lemon, was very punctual, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in walking us through what normally would be a very stressful process, especially dealing with the insurance company. He answered all questions immediately and was very forthright and honest. We would highly recommend Cody and his company for any roof needs you might have for a seamless, stress-free experience.

(As a matter of fact I tried to contact the owner company that put the last roof on my house, and he strung me along for months, either ignoring my calls or not showing when he said they would.) The crew that performed the work was knowledgeable, experienced, and skilled. They got to work early, and they stayed until dark. They replaced decking that needed to be replaced. They didn't cut corners and they finished the job quickly. They explained why each step was needed. Finished the work in 2 days, and 3 different people inspected the finished product.
