I cannot thank Nima at Home Platinum Services enough. He remodeled my house after damage from winter storm Uri in 2021. The house was an absolute mess and Nima remodeled it and restored it to look even better than it did before. He was always available to answer questions and took any concerns I had into consideration. He was also amenable to any changes that I wanted to make even though the scope of the project changed over time.

He was also great with recommending colors and coordinating the look of the house. Finally, I want to mention that the Nima was great during an extremely trying time and major disaster in the Dallas area. Again, I highly recommend Home Platinum Services.

If there was ever something that we wanted changed, they addressed it right away. We also found Nima's design advice to be very helpful. In our project, Nima built us a new full bathroom from what was a pocket office and closet, built a new iron railing, custom iron office door, finished three unfinished closets, painted our kitchen island as well as many walls and baseboards. Overall, we had a great experience and love the work.

I was interviewing different contractors for a big remodeling project at our house when I was referred to Home Platinum Remodeling by 2 of my friends who had worked with them before and were very pleased. I am so happy about the decision we made to go with Nima (the owner) and his team of highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals. Nima was super responsive to texts, calls and emails.

He ran everything by us and made our decision-making so easy. He listened to our concerns along the way and addressed them right away. Oh and he delivered the project ON TIME! Nima was absolutely wonderful to work with on our remodeling project. He sets the bar in professionalism and integrity. He responds to questions and phone calls promptly and is on site everyday checking on his crew. When we started our project it was to remodel the kitchen and four bathrooms, but ended up being on a much bigger scale after we found extensive old termite damage to studs (no active termites) and we ended up taking many walls down to the studs to replace the damaged studs.

We hired Platnium Home Services to install the drywall and change the texture of our walls throughout the house. Our home had crows feet and plaster texture and now has the finest orange peel texture throughout. It's absolutely beautiful. Look forward to having the interior of the house painted! Platnium Home Services also did plumbing work in all our bathrooms and kitchen.

His plumbing crew is one of the best I have dealt with in all my years of being a homeowner. Nima is very knowledgeable in all areas of remodeling and offers suggestions when needed. The overall responsiveness, workmanship and professionalism displayed by Nima and his team during a challenging time was outstanding. We contracted Nima for renovation work in our home including custom wood floors in the master bedroom and closet, painting the master bedroom and bath, installation and custom tile work of a soaking tub in the master bath and refurbishment of the coffee bar and master bedroom fireplace. In addition, Nima's crew repainted the kitchen, breakfast nook and family room which included conversion of all milk wash cabinetry and trim to an updated white.

Overall we were very pleased with the outcome of all aspects of the project. Nima was very friendly and easy to work with. Nima and his team did a great job on our Kitchen remodel. He has been in the industry for a long time and knows the best sub contractors to use. Nima stopped by on a regular basis and checked to make sure the subs did everything according to his height standards. Overall we were very pleased and I would highly recommend his company.

We have had 3 remodels done in hour house before engaging with Nima to a major remodel of our kitchen and downstairs living areas. Our experience with Nima has been the best of all our remodels. Others were good, but with Nima it was different. Starting from his bid, which was very detailed and thorough, his timeliness, his professionalism, attention to detail was all excellent.

Two previous contractors gave up nd moved on Home Platinum Services stuck it out nd worked with our family; listening to our concerns nd especially keeping the project within budget in order to provide very Exceptional Quality Service nd finished products. We picked up Home Platinum Services because of their good reviews and because of the confidence we felt about Nima after we talked to him. Well, we were not disappointed. Nima was very attentive to our questions and concerns, gave his professional opinions and suggestions while not pushy.

The crews were polite and efficient, progresses were right on schedules. We were so delighted with the new bathroom that later we hired Nima's team for gutter and floor refinishing around the house. When we bought our home in Plano, we had requested estimates from 5 different general contractors. I recently used Home Platinum Services and Nima Niazi for a complete remodel of my master bathroom. It was a sizeable project but Nima and the crew from HPS were up for the task. I cannot say enough positive things about the quality, professionalism and speed with which HPS completed the job. They came in, with minimum invasion, tore out the old bathroom, and built a masterpiece in its place.

They finished it at least two weeks early to boot. The entire process was painless. Home Platinum Services just completed a major remodel of my master bathroom, master bedroom, powder room and laundry room. The results and experience were well above expectations. Nima, a degreed engineer, was outstanding from first providing a competitive quote, to developing a remodel design, to assisting in material selection, to managing the work progress, on a daily basis, until the project was completed.

Each of the work crew members were skilled craftsmen, who took great pride in the quality of their work and were very pleasant to work with. I would readily use this company again, and, in fact, have already requested another quote for my next project.

Our master bedroom, bathroom and closet remodel was completed on time (6 weeks total) and on budget. Nima and his crews were courteous, responsive and skilled at making our vision become reality. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Home Platinum Services. We hired this company to do a partial kitchen remodel on our 1996 Plano home. They replaced all upper cabinets, installed granite counters, new back-splash, appliances, and installed a new ducted vent hood (our home had no ducted cooking vent prior to this). The project also included re-texture and re-paint of the walls and cabinets, and installing new electric and plumbing fixtures.

The process was wonderful from start to finish! Our kitchen is now beautiful and functional! We are extremely pleased! The owner (Nima) is very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Nima was very helpful throughout the entire process of having our shower remodeled. He took care of everything (from design to cleanup) and was very thoughtful and thorough.
