Lilly's came within 2 hours of calling them on a Sunday when the basement in our new home had flooded. They helped us discover the source of flooding and helped get all the water out of the basement, as well as set up a short term fix to stop the issue from continuing. They are very adaptable and knowledgeable, and have great communication with us. Highly recommend them!

Oris and Jeremy were professional, polite and responded quickly after my basement flooded with about 5 inches of water. They were able to pump the water out quickly and set up enough fans and dehumidifiers to dry it out within a few days. Jeremy came back to check on the equipment as well as the humidity levels during the week (an hour drive each way). I would highly recommend them to anyone needing restorative services!

Our basement flooded on Christmas morning after our water heater sprung a leak and Lily's Restoration saved the day! They arrived the same day to begin their multi-step process of drying out the basement. They brought in lots of equipment-fans, monitors to track moisture levels, heaters-and they came every day to check them & rotate them until the basement was completely dry. I am grateful they were working on the holiday (most clean-up companies were not), and I would 100% call them again if we ever need similar services.

I cannot recommend Lillys Restoration enough. With the holidays fast approaching I was worried I would be left to deal with finding someone for this small flood and it's consequences after but they were able to be at our home and working quicker than I could have ever expected. Everyone was very respectful of my belongings and left my basement looking as if nothing ever happened! I'm so pleased with my experience with them, and would use them again if lord forbid i ever have another water issue.
