I had Peter come to restore some travertine in my bathroom I had inadvertently trashed. He was on time for the appointment (after a text saying he was on his way) and got to work immediately. After about 45 minutes, the tile looked good a new. You can't tell it was ever damaged. I had gotten quotes from two other tile restoration companies and JP Carpet gave me the best price. Highly recommend JP Carpet Cleaning!

Highly recommend! Team JP cleaned our wood floors, twice so far. They do great work, are affordable, really really nice, and are local owned/small business. They arrived on time and were quick with their work, but did a great job. Our floors look amazing! Jackie is so sweet, and provided recommendations on how to best clean and care for our floors. I have a fairly new sofa which is white/off white. I also have a small white dog who loves to lay on the sofa. The other day I found several urine stains so called JP on a Saturday to describe the situation. Jackie was very responsive, gave me a quote and managed to get me in on Monday morning. Her and a couple of her guys came out and handled the job in about an hour.
They were all very nice and professional. I could tell that they are honest people and were very up front about the service and cost. They did a great job. Odor no more. I had received quotes from other places too and JP seemed to have better value. They will be my go to. Love supporting small businesses. Also, big plus that all their solutions are eco-friendly which is important, especially if you have kids or pets.

What an incredibly amazing team! We had our Saltillo tile re-finished and it was 5 times harder work for them than anticipated. Previous company had about 10 plus layers of sealer on our tile. This wonderful team broke their backs to rectify it and brought it back to its most natural state. They were honest, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We have found our go-to company for all of our future flooring needs. You will NOT be disappointed!

I can't say enough about JP Carpet. I was able to get an appointment for them to come clean my carpet the week I called. They were very careful to thoroughly clean the carpet and went over it a few times, knowing that I use the room as a playroom for my one year old. There was one spot that was being stubborn and they came back twice at my convenience to get it out. No attitude, just great customer service!

This company is absolutely amazing. I hired them to clean my carpets in my home which is about 1200 square feet of rug plus 15 stairs a few years ago and they did a fantastic job. I rehired them this past week and the wife of the owner--who is a very hard worker--remembered I'm from Hawaii, what I do for a living, etc. To me that's amazing that she met me once prior yet she remembered all that.
But anyway, back to the review of their amazing carpet cleaning services. Every single stain, mark, scuff, etc on the carpet was taken out and once again our rug looks and smells brand new. I love this company and will continue to utilize their services for years to come!
