Tom was helpful, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. My springs were small, cheap and weak, besides being broken, so I was thankful to be upgraded to a larger, stronger and longer-lasting pair. I especailly liked how Tom got the tension adjustment right the first time and demonstrated it, then let me get the feel of the balance. Great job!

I am absolutely impressed by the work done to get our garage door fixed. The technician was courteous and explained problems clearly. The work was completed promptly. We were also shown a problem that we had not identified previously. We also appreciate their flexibility to move up our appointment window at the last minute! I have used A Better Garage Door a few times over the years and everytime I get a knowledgeable and competent professional who gets right down to the issue. But also they take the time to run me through what was wrong, how it was fixed and all the extra care they took to make sure my other doors do not have similar issues brewing! And I always feel their pricing is fair and honest.

We had both of our garage doors replaced. Mike, the owner, came out himself the day after we inquired to look at our old doors, explained that we should order 5 panel doors. Our old 4 panel doors were too heavy for the size of the opening and the original installer had neglected to put the right supports on, leading to a door broken in the middle. Mike gave us a quote on new, much better doors at a great price with photo mock-ups the same day.
He made the process very quick and easy. Ryan installed the new doors and was efficient and personable. The new doors are insulated and are much quieter when opening/closing then the old doors. Our house isn't a typical color we could easily match but when the weather is warmer we'll be able to paint our new doors to match our house. I'd highly recommend A Better Garage Door for servicing or replacing your doors.
