Have been using 888 for more than 8 years. Am in the monthly plan that gives us 2 heating/AC maintainance visits annually. Personnel doing maintenance are very professional, know their job thoroughly and are very pleasant to visit with. The recommendations they make for further work are valuable for our system. Had 888 install new furnace and air conditioner within last 3 years. Systems functioning perfectly, but strongly believe in maintenance. Mark Huerta provided excellent service on semi-annual basis. Very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Enjoyed getting to know him.

Mark just completed our winter furnace check. WOW! He is the MOST THOROUGH heating and cooling technician we have experienced in the greater Denver metro area in over 50 years! Whereas other companies complete preventative maintenance in under 30 minutes, Mark was at our home well over an hour and sat down with us and thoroughly explained every checkpoint completed along with the photos of every part of the furnace and what each checkpoint/photo meant. WE WOULD GIVE 100 STARS IF WE COULD!

We had a problem with our old air conditioner and hired 888 Heating and Air Conditioning company. There were some issues with the installation of the new system. The company owner - Garrett - came out to review the situation and provided a resolution to our highest level of satisfaction. Had a concern arise, and Garrett got back to me very quickly even though it was already almost 7pm. Be was very responsive, knowledgeable, understanding, and all around able to take care of the situation. Having the owner call you directly to help you out goes a long way to show their level of commitment to customer service! I'd pass this company info all to anyone needing service.

Our AC randomly gave out and we've been in heat storm pretty much for a couple of days. So we finally called 888 and they came same day and even arrived early. Mark was our tech and he was very professional and answered all questions we had. He had our AC up and running within the hour. Amazing service

Matthew is awesome. Our pilot would not stay lit last Wednesday. He came the same day and checked our furnace out. Showed me pictures of the problem and it was determined that a new furnace was needed. Our furnace was the original unit installed when the house was built in 1975. Matthew worked up a couple of different offerings that would work for our needs.
We decided which unit would work best and set up an install. They were able to do it the next day. Matthew was concerned we would be cold so he went back to the office to get two portable heating units, brought them back and set them up. They kept us warm all night and the next day when they were installing our new system. Beat company to work with and I will continue to use their service for a long time to come. They truly care about their customers.

I cannot recommend this company enough! This Saturday (one of the coldest days of the year) our heat went out. I called 888 and explained the situation and that we have a 2 month old baby in the house. I called them at 3:30 and they had a tech to my house by 4:45.
Justin was extremely professional and took the time to explain with me the work he had done and what had happened. He had our heat back and working in no time at all. He even had brought space heaters in case he couldn’t remedy the problem that trip.
I would definitely recommend them to work on your HVAC system if you need it. I can’t thank them enough.
