North Seattle Handyman

We have used the North Seattle Handyman team for various jobs around our home over the last several years and have been very happy each time. In 2023, we had them completely remodel our kitchen. We had spent a fair amount of time researching, contacting, interviewing contractors, etc, and it's a draining process. That is, until we realized that Caleb and his crew do remodel work!

From start to finish the remodel process was SO much easier and dare I say, enjoyable, than we previously had thought it could be. Everything about working NSHM on this big job was a pleasant experience. The project was completed on time, within budget, communication was great, the crew always shows respect of the homeowners' property, space, and time - I could go on. Do not hesitate to contact them and we will definitely have them remodel one of our bathrooms in the future. We love our new kitchen!

We needed several things done around our house and had heard good things about North Seattle Handyman, so we decided to give them a try. We did not get other bids, so I don't know how their prices compare. From the very beginning, they were responsive, effective communicators, friendly and professional. They scheduled our work promptly, in the time frame we requested.

They sent James to complete our list, and we absolutely loved him! He did beautiful work; he was friendly and respectful; he completed everything in a timely manner. I could not be more happy with any company than I am with these guys and we will definitely use them again in future.

Recently our back porch had problems with dry rot and a sagging part of the roof area; plus it needed a new gutter and down spout. We hired North Seattle Handyman to do the work. We were so pleased with the results! They sent Alan who arrived on time, was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Also he used no bad language and had no loud music playing.

He worked hard all day repairing the porch to an excellent condition! He put up the new gutter and down spout just perfectly. Our porch will now last many years! North Seattle Handyman are very reputable and nice to do business with. Everyone is pleasant and helpful from the administrative staff to the workers. They are also very reasonably priced. It is hard these days to find a business that guarantees their work and is trustworthy. North Seattle Handyman is exactly that business!

I used North Seattle Handyman for several repairs at our home. They were prompt and accomplished all the needed repairs. It's hard to find a company to do small remodel jobs and I have hired them to remodel my small shower stall. So far so good and I will report back after that job is completed. Caleb has been very good at communicating with me as I am not always on site.

They handled a shower regrout in a very professional and timely manner with good communication. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used them and when they have availability they are my first choice.

Contacted them to address some (suspected) dry rot on my siding. Discussed options over e-mail and decided to go for the cheaper option (repair not replacement). Didn't feel pressured in any way to consider the alternative. Levi (I think) came over to review the progress his team member had made. Happy with the work that was done and how we resolved some confusion around what was / was not covered under the fixed bid (which was nobody's fault in particular). I definitely recommend NSH and will likely work with them again in the future.

Dan did an incredible job installing our new shower doors, nothing was left out and they were installed to perfection. We do a lot of our own remodeling but for things we cannot do we always go to NSHM, this is our 4th job with them. Fair pricing, attention to detail and great communication.

I had North Seattle Handyman replace an existing stand alone shower stall. They did a great job! They arrived on time and completed when they said they would. Caleb and his assistant (sorry I didn't get his name) were friendly and didn't seem to mind when I poked my head in to see how it was coming along. They cleaned up any mess they made and took the old shower stall with them. I would hire them again.

Pete and Dan installed a beautiful new screen door on our home. While doing so they made little fixes here and there on our doorway to make it more beautiful and functional. Throughout our experience of getting a quote, scheduling the job, and the actual install, everyone we spoke with at North Seattle Handyman was thoughtful, responsive, and diligent. We will definitely be repeat customers!

I needed a fence post replaced. Arranging for it was seamless and very fast. They responded quickly to my inquiry, came out within the week, and were exactly on time. I am very pleased with the whole experience. Service:General construction

A great installation by the North Seattle Handyman. Peter installed a new vanity, with sink, faucet and drain and it could not have been better. It was a tight fit but he got it installed so everything aligned with the bottom of the large wall mirror and retained the use of a wall outlet so it looked like It was part of the original bathroom build out. He also made sure any and all questions were answered. Have a couple of other projects in planning and know we will use the North Seattle Handyman again.

I hired North Seattle Handyman for several house projects including installing and replacing doors and repairing my fence. They are professional, transparent, upfront about the costs and timeline of a project. They have consistently showed up and completed projects on time. I have been extremely satisfied with their work and the ease of working with them. They are very communicative about the projects, what to expect and have been respectful of my home and kind to my dogs. I will definitely hire them for future projects.

If I could give North Seattle Handyman six stars, I totally would. We've used them a few times now and especially on our most recent project they have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that the work is done as well as humanly possible. They are an incredibly understanding, hardworking, dependable bunch who are truly passionate about what they put out.

Special shout-out to Pete for bending over backwards to make sure we were happy with everything. Long story, short, if you're looking for a handyman, don't hesitate to reach out to them for a project. They're the real deal.

We had North Seattle Handyman come out to our house a second time to repair a windowsill that had some dry rot. Dan showed up first thing in the morning and told us the repair wouldn't take that long. Since we had pre purchased a full day of work he asked if we had anything else that needed doing. A bifold closet door needed some TLC to close right and Dan noted that our backyard gate fence post was rotten.

He fixed all three things in the one day. Pete came by on Friday to put the finishing touches on the windowsill repair. All in all North Seattle Handyman has been very great to work with, knowledgeable and friendly.

I have used North Seattle Handyman several times over the years and always been happy with them. Some of the projects include putting in a garbage disposal, rebuilding deck railing, changing out a faucet and several more. Most recently they did siding & window casement repair due to ant damage. I've worked with two of their people, Caleb & Dan. Both are very meticulous, professional, and are great at explaining how they'll address any bumps in the road that inevitably come up when you open a wall. Not the least expensive group out there, but worth the extra buck or two to be sure it's done right. I will continue to use them in the future.

These guys are top-tier! Don't hesitate to book them for a job!

Caleb and his team are great. They've helped me with a handful of fixes and repairs around my house. They are always responsive and give great recommendations. I would absolutely recommend them. They are in demand, so you do have to wait a little bit to get on the schedule, but they are worth the wait!

I will definitely be contacting Caleb from North Seattle Handyman again. I contacted him to extend my fence after an outrageous bid from a big fence company. He was very communicative, got it done within a few weeks and the work was GREAT! I am so happy with my new fence - it was worth the cost.
