The service from Joe Margherita was seamless. to the point, and very professional. I expected an upsell or fat-talking salesman, but that's the opposite of what I got from Joe. My mold problem was very real, but it was found in its entirety and eliminated as were my fears. I can easily say as a homeowner that this was my best experience by far with any home contracting company with which I have ever dealt.

As a real estate agent, I have worked with several mold inspection companies, but none have been as experienced, as knowledgeable or as thorough as St. Petersburg Mold Inspection. On one property where we had an unexpected failure, they came back at no extra charge and did a thorough inspection of the area. Then they gave a very detailed list of recommended things to do to remedy the situation, which included pictures and detailed instructions. As result, the follow up test passed. Along with this, their prices are very reasonable. I will recommend them to anyone who needs mold testing.
