These guys are great! Joe explained over the phone why he preferred a certain type of side-mounted garage door opener and I ordered it. It came in less than a week later and Simon came by the next day to install it. It works like a dream, and the new rollers (no longer metal-on-metal) are so quiet that my partner couldn't hear me come home just now! I highly recommend C&M!

Couldn't have had a better result! Not only could C&M get to my house the same day I called, they didn't tell me I'd need a new garage door opener (like another company I called did) before they even came out! Simon is AMAZING! He was super prompt and worked very quickly! He was so knowledgeable, patient (and I asked a lot of dumb questions), and kind. I didn't feel over-charged or taken advantage of. Couldn't be happier!

Even during a pandemic and working with insurance (hail damage)! Fast, knowledgeable, great quality & super communication.
