Reeds plumbing provides a 10/10 service every time. Highly recommend you use this company. In a business where attention to detail and honesty is of the upmost importance, Reeds comes through again and again. It's been great working with this business as they make it a team effort every time. They have done plenty of in home repairs and a ton of plumbing inspections when purchasing a home.

They are VERY helpful with everything we needed. We know very little about plumbing and they gave GREAT advice along with the work they did! Their advice saved us almost HALF of what we were told from a different plumbing (Roto Rotor) company! Kevin did the work, was very friendly and again gave GREAT advice since we had such a large project. I highly recommend these guys, the customer service was/is outstanding. Called a different company because I thought Reed was expensive, ended up being the other way around, Reeds was more caring and much, much cheaper than the other company, now if I need a honest Plummer will call Reeds without hesitation because I know they will provide an excellent service at a decent price. Reeds converted my wood fireplace to gas this week. I couldn't have been more pleased. They came out and quoted the day after my call and came in at $850 less than the first quote I had. They started work the day after that and the tech that performed this was as professional as anyone I could have hoped for. I had 90 feet of gas pipe installed, along with 2 outside shutoff valves and an inside valve next to the fireplace, in the floor, controlled by a key. Looks great! Finally, they sent a city inspector out the next day to ensure everything was done up to code. Warm fuzzies for me. Thanks, Reeds!

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Reed's Plumbing, HVAC & Excavating for the amazing work they did on our water main last week. They came out the same day we called them to give us an estimate, and they worked us in for an appointment just a couple days later. Within hours they had the yard dug, the new pipe run into the house and we had water again. They even helped us move a pile of dirt we’ve had just sitting in our driveway since they had the equipment out there, which was awesome of them. If you have a plumbing problem, I highly recommend them!

Kevin Robb was my service tech. He returned my after-hours call promptly, showed up at my residence in 30 minutes, repaired a hot water heater outlet leak and fixed my Piezo ignition circuit. Excellent job! Very polite and professional staff. I highly recommend them if you need a simple job or a major job like a pipe replaced like I did.

I know how to do my own plumbing however I had a water main burst in the foundation wall that I could not fix on my own. I called two different companies to come out and give me bids to replace the whole waterline. Reeds was $500 cheaper then the other company. They were able to call the office and give me a squeezed in four days earlier than the other company was going to because they care about their customers.

I also checked their work and they did everything correctly. They wrapped the Watermain going into the house to prevent movement abrasion on the foundation wall from movement from turning the water on and off and also put in a ball shut off valve. The guys that came out we're very nice and professional. I would recommend them to everyone who needs work done. This is an honest company that does good quality work and that's really hard to come by.

I called about getting my septic tank pumped and less than 90 minutes later they were at my house! They were very friendly and we will use again because of their quick response!

I called on Wednesday got a estimate Charlie came out Thursday got my sink & disposal installed looks great and price I paid was less than estimate so I was pleasantly surprised. Second time I've used them and have been happy with both installations.

I have had another company come out to my house twice now, once because tree roots were growing in my pipe, and once because my A/C drain pipe was overflowing. The other company's solution? Dig out my pipe in the back yard ($4600 quote), dig out concrete and put new pipe inside for A/C drain (expensive). Reeds came out to give a second opinion both times.

Both times Robert came out and did an excellent job. He was quick, thorough and did a much better job than the previous company. He made sure everything was working before he left, and the service was much less expensive. But most importantly, he gave me maintenance options and did not recommend the extreme options that the other company did. I will only be calling Reeds from here on.

Don't waste your time calling other company's call reeds first. I tried a company that i thought could get the job done but after trying a bit to unclog my drain they said couldn't be done had to run a new pipe wanted to charge me thousands so I tried reeds. They came out next day unclogged it in no time only regret I got is not calling them first. Outstanding reeds great job and great customer service!

Excellent experience with the plumbers from this locally owned and operated company. We learned a lesson the hard way to stay with the company who has served us well in the past. The plumbers who worked in our home, Matt & Wayne, were very professional and honest in their assessment of our problem. They are an excellent example of what customer service should be. They represent Reed's well. If you have a plumbing issue do not hesitate to call Reed's.

Meter to house leak in our yard. This company was the only company out of the three estimates received that could do the work without digging up the entire yard from meter to house. Plus, the owner showed up to give the estimate and was efficient and knowledgeable. Also, the workers showed good manners and did not use any bad language. Thanks Reed's!

Reeds is family owned business that is watching out for the individual. From my experience, they always try to be as fair as possible and have the ability to perform work that other companies cannot in Springfield. They have knowledge and good pricing.

Great service from Reed's Plumbing and Excavating on a Friday afternoon. I was digging to where I thought a tree root was blocking the sewer line and discovered a septic tank box. I called Reed's a little before 3:00 p.m. and they came out and verified that I was connected to the sewer line and cleaned my line before 5:00 p.m. for the normal plumber charge.

Called them after my usual contractor dropped the ball (again). Prompt, no hassle, fixed issue, billed my business no-questions-asked, and the price was extremely reasonable compared to the "other guy" that advertises a lot on TV. Tech Robert was great. Guess I have a new contractor!
