We are so happy with our experience with Vineyard Construction. We replaced a deteriorating wood deck and frame with a new wood frame and composite decking. Everyone we dealt with, from Troy (owner), Ryan (salesman), and Will (project manager), in managing the project were awesome to deal with - all very responsive, informative, and kind. The crew who actually built the deck knocked out our deck in two weeks working long hours, but were always nice and easy to deal with.
Everything was cleaned up well after the job. The entire team delivered on exactly what was promised and we are very happy with our beautiful new deck that is extremely high quality. We will be calling them back to help with with an outdoor landscape area for next year because we were so happy with what they delivered. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our experience with Vineyard Constraction Company has been great from start to finish! Troy, Ryan and Will are very responsive, always there to answer questions. The project started on time as discussed, Steven, Colton and Crew showed up every day to do a great job, worked hard and very precise! Well organized, on time ready with the 2nd crew to tear out a window with wall to install a door! Matt was great to work with to fix the walls and we were amazed how well he matched our floor and wall colors to make it look like nothing has ever happen there! A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH! Great communication, which these days seems hard to find. We are so happy with our new deck and door! Well done! Thank you so much!

The Vineyard crew designed, constructed, and installed a 43x12 wood deck off our new build. The job was done beyond our expectations with a great crew chief, a cooperative crew, and completed job in a timely manner. When selecting the contractor for our composite deck/patio/courtyard/stamped concrete project, we selected based on 3 things: quality of construction, value, and ability to manage a complex project. Not only did we get that above the other contractors we didn't select, we were further surprised by the little things that their crew did to add significant value. Steven and Colton were constantly bringing up ideas from their expertise to improve the finished look.
Every interaction was filled with "what if we did this" and "we could make it look like this". The details surrounding each material selection, the railing orientation, the infield and border layout design, and the best lighting composition made for a truly exceptional end product.

I wanted to turn a very old, and unused, deck and sunroom into a covered deck and sitting area. Steven and Colton did a wonderful job. Because the design saved the old sunroom roof, I was able to save a lot of money and everything looks brand new. Even with multiple rain days they still finished on schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been working with Vineyard Construction for 2 years now as their primary building material supplier. I get to see and talk to most of their customers, and I have never had a customer who wasn't extremely happy with the work, response time and quality from the Vineyard crew! If you are looking to have a project done then look no further, as they are one of the areas best builders!

Very happy with the deck renovation by Vineyard construction! Job was to re-deck a 30 year old foundation showing its age. Troy was very responsive during the estimation and bidding phase, responding to various requests for options and modifications. Demo was efficient and clean - all materials removed and area swept for debris. Replaced some joists and hangers after inspection. Installed wood decking with hidden fasteners, custom railing, benches and flower boxes with excellent attention to detail and workmanship. High marks to the construction crew - polite, professional, on time and not rushed. Good follow-up. Highly recommended - they are the real deal!
