Cody L. Installed new water heater and toilet. (Impressive: he hauled both new ones in & old ones out all by himself.) He was efficient, extremely nice and patiently answered my questions. Everyone I dealt with on phone, salesman (Chris), and Cody were excellent. I also feel cost was fair. Chris was very helpful in the decision-making process for the transaction. I feel confident using Reimer for my hvac/plumbing needs in the future.

We had David come out to look at our broiler system. We wanted to try to get smart thermostats. He was very informative with our system. I am not used to broiler systems and he gave me a bunch of tips, and info I didn't know. We couldn't install the thermostats because our house wouldn't allow it too much of a process which was fine. But he did put in one's that were nice and easy to use.

He was very pet friendly as my dog can be a big baby. And was nice with my baby who kept giving his leg a hug. I would totally have him back again. I appreciate the fast service. Thanks for the great service!

We had an emergency call on a Saturday with our furnace and the lady on the phone was so nice she sent James Costianes out to help us, he was so nice and professional, 5 star Job! He explained and answered all our questions, We would DEFINITELY recommend him! Thank You James

Adam, tech who did the annual boiler maintenance check, was excellent. He was professional, yet friendly and personable. Arrival time was prompt, arriving when indicated. He was easy to work with, understood and actually heard my concerns and questions, addressing all of them (he was patient as well). Would highly recommend Adam!

We have had several Services completed by Reimer and they were all great. To start, Chris R came to service our A/C unit and he let us know at each step exactly what he was doing so we understood the process. Next, Mitch J came to look at our plumbing and complete a hot water tank flush. He noticed some erosion and rusting on our main pipe and quickly made a plan to correct the problem.

The next day Todd T and Cody Z came to fix the problems Mitch had found. Todd and Cody again explained every step of the process for what they were going to do and within a few short hours it was good as new. Lastly, Patrick D came to service our furnace and he like the guys before him was very knowledgeable and efficient in the work he completed for us. Our experience with every person from the Reimer company has been great!

Patrick recently came to perform the annual maintenance on my furnace. In addition, he alerted me to an electrical issue with my nearby fuse box. I called an electrician that same day and got it taken care of. The situation could have been much worse had Patrick not brought it to my attention. I've been a loyal customer of Reimer's for nearly a decade. I appreciate their thoroughness and their commitment to customer safety and satisfaction.

Michael Warren is an amazing technician. He has been in my home several years now working on maintenance for my boiler and previously on my generator. He is very knowledgeable and detailed. He takes his time to ensure everything is up and running. He also picks up on things that may not be right in the home, shares the information and takes the time to explain what needs to be done to correct the issue. Mike also keeps the work area clean and leaves the space the same condition as when he arrived. Mike is a true asset to the company!

Dean and Dan did a full insulation of Furnace and AC. I can not say enough on how absolutely great they were. Great service and extremely professional. Explained everything in complete detail. Anyone in need of these services you must go with Reimer. You won't be disappointed.

Patrick was here to clean the boiler but went above and beyond even moving some wood to show me the shut off valve very nice guy!

The service people from Reimer did an exceptional job. I had them there to inspect our air-conditioning units and they discovered some significant problems and we will be proceeding with their help to fix our problem. What was so outstanding was that the service man, James, was so personable and professional. While we are inspecting the house, we found a bat. James couldn't have been nicer in trying to help me locate the services to try to have the bat removed.

He really went out of his way to contact relatives who could give us advice. He was so kind and performed his job so efficiently and professionally that I was quite impressed. Derek was very professional in his assessment of our problem and helped come up with a solution. I wish there were more servicemen like James around. He really added that personal touch of caring for his customers and we really appreciated it! We use Reimer for our heating services as well, and have always been pleased with the service. We will continue to use them for years to come.

We had Scott Skora come on Tuesday to evaluate our furnace and air conditioner- which were both 21 years old. They were on their last legs and Scott presented all the options for us. He was not pushy, he was straightforward and honest. He explained everything and we chose a furnace and air conditioner. He was able to setup installation for Thursday, 2 days later. Dan Brown and Mark Heuser came to do the installation.

They were both professional, hard working and did a great job. They worked all day and showed us how everything worked. They cleaned up, took away all the old equipment and my husband and I were extremely happy! I give all 3 of these employees 5 stars! Could not be happier with Reimer!

Chris and his team installed a tankless water heater today (6/6/23) and did a fantastic job. They were very professional, timely and did a fantastic job explaining how the system works and addressing my questions. Would recommend them to anyone. Update (9/15/23) - Andrew serviced our central air unit and provided a very transparent and thorough overview of the system and recommendations. His input helped me make an informed decision to replace the AC and furnace. Very happy with the service and overall experience.

Tommy and Dennis serviced two residential air conditioners. They took their time and did an excellent job inside and out. They explained what was happening to me so that I understood. Very happy with their work. I would certainly calling them again.

The consultant Mr. Rosso was very experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. The technicians Todd and Blake were efficient and friendly and did quality work. Everyone made it a priority to get our work done within 48hrs of call.

I needed repair on my furnace Kevin was very knowledgeable and resolved my problem quickly. I decided to buy the maintenance plan from Reimer, so I also got my discount for the repair. Called the business that we needed air conditioning repair work done, technician came the next morning, we decided to get whole new heating and air conditioning system, and they came and installed it the following day. Kept me updated with when they were coming, they came on time and were very prompt and efficient workers and got us set up all in one installation day. Went over everything with us. Very satisfied, thank you very much.

We chose Reimer to install central air in our home after hearing positive reviews from friends and colleagues. We were able to get a quote within a week and installation the following week. Greg, Kevin and Tyler were all fantastic. They were very professional, showed up on time, and we were very impressed with the quality of the installation. Highly recommend!

Andrew came within a few hours of my call to them. My air conditioning was not working properly. He diagnosed the issues and determined I needed a new unit. While here I asked him to look at my furnace also as it it older and has given me a few problems this past winter. We discussed the problems and decided it was best to change both units out at this time.

He spent a lot of time explaining the cost and cost effectiveness of different units. He helped me with financing it so it will work best for me. Talk about professional, responsive and considerate! This company has been all that and more since we had them install a new AC system four years ago and then again last year replaced an old boiler system with a new combi, boiler wall unit. We can't say enough good things about the employees that were here doing the work, the service maintenance men, and the office staff.

Everything has worked well as promised. We have no worries about the great comfort we have had between the heating and cooling in our home or in the future. We know they will take care of us.

Our technician, Chris S, was very professional, courteous and polite, introducing himself immediately. He then proceeded to provide outstanding customer service and an excellent customer experience, taking care of a water pipe leak we called about and another water pipe leak I had noticed just prior to him arriving. He worked quickly to repair the water pipe leaks, and completed the work leaving no mess leftover for us to clean up after.

He diagnosed a toilet leak as needing a new wax seal, and upon our request to examine the current condition of the toilet, was able to provide us valuable information so that we could make a financially wise, educated decision to schedule a future appointment to replace the toilet, instead of simply replacing the seal (which he was more than willing to do, not pushy at all). Chris S was the ideal tech, extremely qualified and personable, and someone I would highly recommend!

I will definitely be calling Reimer for future plumbing, heating and cooling needs. ***UPDATE*** The toilet has been installed, technicians Todd T and Sam showed the same professionalism and expertise that seems to be a common theme with Reimer. Old toilet was removed and new toilet installed quickly and with no mess left to clean up. Again, I highly recommend Reimer!

This company was top Notch in customer service from start to finish. I started researching air conditioning installation and they were recommended to me through Lowe's. They immediately set up an appointment with me to come out and have a consultation with me. John from Reimer was an amazing educator for me in my new house. He had me stay by him every step of the way and he showed me everything that he was going to do and everything that needed to be done.

He provided me an even better financing option then I thought I was getting through the Lowe's credit card. He qualified me for financing through Wells Fargo. Within four days he had the air conditioning installation date. The two young guys that came to my house were Tyler and Gavin. Again, top-notch people and they showed me everything they did and educated me on the system.

They finish the job in about five hours. My house has never had AC before and they did a seamless job. The unit looks beautiful outside and it's nice and clean on the inside. They left me confident in how to use my AC system and very cool. I am fully satisfied with my selection and I would highly recommend them to anyone

I called Reimer at 1:08pm for a central air tune up earlier this afternoon. They have an $89 tune up special currently running. By 4:15pm the service is complete, and I had a optional $30 part replaced for a total with tax, of $131.72. The service is quick, efficient, the technician, Kevin, was friendly, very knowledgeable, and willingly explained and answered all questions. I highly recommend Reimer for any hvac and plumbing needs.

We had a furnace, hot water tank and sump pump replaced on two different occasions due to equipment failure. They were friendly, professional and experienced. Quick response. Explained everything in detail. What they quote you is what you pay. Highly recommend.

Recently got a AC part fixed by Reimer. Everyone I dealt with in company was extremely professional from the office workers to the repairmen. I have three dogs that are friendly (but a handful) which the workers were very nice to. Prices were straightforward and the work was completed on time. A minor issue came up after installation which the company came out and fixed under warranty, and again were extremely friendly. Would recommend company for HVAC repair.
