We have had a great experience with Belred so far. Their electrical team (Thomas Kim & Dylan Jonas) is excellent. They addressed all our concerns professionally and gave good advice where required. We will surly recommend them for projects around the house.

I have used many customer service companies in the past several years and by far Bel-Red Heating. is the best in many ways. Customer service on the phone, emails and text messages has been awesome, especially during Covid and even now. I'm very impressed with the gentleman who came to my house today to service my whole house generator. Lawrence Brookover is a wonderful addition to your team.

He explained everything to me and was very helpful to make sure that I understood what he was concerned about. I wish he could teach a class to everyone in the customer service industry. Our home had an odd setup from 14 years ago that needed correcting. Matias and Jared cleaned up the wiring (including a new circuit) and replaced all of our circuit breakers ("panel refresh") in a few hours. Matthew Flader, an electrician for BelRed was out last week to look over our existing electrical panel, and to plan for a total upgrade to coincide with a new heat pump system and electric car charger. Matthew was very personable and helped us to understand what would be entailed as he simultaneously coordinated with the heat pump specialist. He obviously knows his stuff.

Daniel Tickler was the best technician we've ever had. All of the people from Bel Red have been 100% but Daniel is over the top in explaining with detail about the system checking every detail and answering all my questions about the system. He's very professional and friendly. I want to refer the entire neighborhood to him. He changed the filter and educated me about the best filters to order as the filter wasn't changed with the installation.

I would like to request Daniel from now on if possible. He restored confidence that everything is complete with no loose ends. He's smart! Bel red is fortunate to have him. This kind of service makes people be happier to spend money!

Marshall Ryan and Chase Beamer ran a new electrical line for a garbage disposal in a home that I recently purchased. They were in my home for two different appointments to complete the work and were courteous and professional. They went above and beyond to get the work done, and didn't even mind having to crawl through three crawl spaces under my home to run the line to the electrical panel! I have many more projects to get done around this house, and I will be sure to call Chase and Marshall back to help me with the work. Would definitely recommend.

We recently bought a house and have discovered a number of electrical problems over the past few weeks. I called BelRed and they sent two technicians, Cade and Oscar, to tackle a wiring conundrum in my front hallway that I can only describe as baffling (these two tried *everything* to figure out what the last owner did to this house.) Both Cade and Oscar were friendly, profesional, and refreshingly honest about the scope of the problem and what could be done about it.

I appreciate the time they took to explain the issues to me so that I could make an informed decision about the best path forward. I also appreciate the text message communication system BelRed used to keep me posted on when the technicians would arrive and who they were (including a picture of each technician, which is a nice safety-conscious feature for someone working from home alone).

Once again working with BelRed was beyond what we expected. The team is extremely knowledgeable, professional and cordial, and always look after the most reasonable solutions. This time around I needed a special assessment of our furnace. Lawrence was the expert technician who provided service. He was meticulous and thorough, and took several hours to assess the situation. Alex "the electrician" is above and beyond. He is one of the team who replacing our furnace from Bel-Red. He is easy to work with and understand the project we need. He puts light switch in our furnace room which we never thought about. We are very pleased with his exceptional work and think outside the box attitude. The rest of the team (Rodrigo, Alex the HVAC, and Dustin) are as awesome as Alex the electrician. They are very cooperative and got the job done nicely. We met Hayden for quote and trusted him that we made the right decision to go with Bel-Red. Kiddos guys!

9/25/23 We needed to have a follow up call. System quit working. Kevin was the tech who was sent out. He explained in great detail what the problem was. Kevin was thorough, patient and we are very confident the system will be up and running smoothly once the new parts arrive.

Brandon and his team did an excellent installation. Great communication about what the process was and a great explanation of how the furnace and heat pump wotk. I was delighted to have such a competent team install our new furnace!

We purchased a new furnace and heat pump from them. The technicians that come over for installation, problem solving, annual maintenance and once to fix an electrical problem (that was the house, not the furnace's problem) were all surprisingly friendly and polite. I mean, extra level pleasant. It makes paying the invoices somewhat more enjoyable.;)

BelRed membership is great deal for someone who like their units to be maintained well and serviced timely. I am really happy with Wynton Morin, who is the technician visited my house. He was really professional and on time. He has done great assessment of the system explained everything in detail. He also given great recommendations. I really recommend BelRed for any of your HVAC specific service.

Alan showed up at the beginning of the scheduled time window and immediately got to work. He fixed the unit before I even realized it and was completely done within an hour and a half. The AC is working great now. I would recommend BelRed to anyone who needs maintenance on an AC cause they did a great job here.

Jeremy Perro came by today and cleared our slow draining sink which is connected to some very old plumbing. He clearly explained the pricing and steps he would take. Really appreciated the great service!

Nice! Kevin did comprehensive diagnostics to find out the problem of my current AC. Ensured it is safe to use. I learned lot about the status of my current system, which I can make decisions based on. Their opinions also make lots of sense, varying from repairing and replacing with a few branded units.

Joshua, Michael and their team did a fantastic job installing a heat pump. They came in around 9 and were all done before 5 with no messes or surprises. Very easy to work with, and I'm glad we went with BelRed.

George was extremely responsive and helpful working with us and our on-site real estate agent Mike Mincy as we prepared our rental house to be sold while now living in Arizona. He kept us informed about appointments to assess and fix issues with the furnace and heatpump on the property at all times, and called to share what he'd found and get permission to do the necessary work.

I had a pretty expensive HVAC upgrade in our house (think $10k ) and can only say good things about BelRed. Here is why: - They listened to my concerns, every single one of them. My furnace is located in a tricky spot in the garage. New furnaces got bigger, so it was going to eat up even more space. They managed to keep the same footprint. Great. - Fit and finish of the installation is great. - They originally quoted a Daikin (top of the line) system for $X dollars and we decided to move forward with that.

Last minute, they let me know they ran out of that and to avoid missing the installation deadline, they offered me a similar (but better) spec'd Trane system. I was pleasantly surprised with the system. It's good. - We originally had scheduled to install on 5/20. But a heatwave was coming, so I asked if they could pull forward the schedule by a few days. They did it. I couldn't ask for more. Very professional and listen to your concerns.

We scheduled an estimate for Tesla wall charger installation and few small projects. They were able to install the Tesla wall charger on the same app. Looks great, works great! I just purchased a new Bosch heat pump. I was apprehensive in the beginning not knowing anything about HVAC, but after the consultation, I felt educated and confident. Laura K. was my sales consultant and I couldn't be more pleased. Laura arrived on time, very friendly, but more important very thorough.
