Daniel was great in everything. He explained all that needed to be done and displayed the estimate so there were no surprises. His work and demeanor is very professional. Daniel also has a great personality. The main thing was the repair was done correctly and completely in a timely manner for what was required. It was a broken shower valve so it's n really a simple job for a lay person. Now my shower looks and works great.

A friend told me I should do the repairs myself; I don't think so. Today I had the kitchen faucet replaced, the dishwasher removed, guest bathroom faucet (for shower/tub) replaced, and, last but not least, the handheld shower head's replaced in both bathrooms. The two technicians who came were fast and efficient. Warren explained why I should have the old (and unused) dishwasher removed; I'd been considering it for a while.
I now have extra kitchen storage space! I'm embarrassed that I didn't get the other technician's name. While he tackled the kitchen faucet, Warren showed me why the guest bathroom bathtub faucet should be changed. I'd rather be proactive when it comes to plumbing issues. They arrived early too and got right to work.

I hired Waialae Plumbing replace an old garbage disposal with a new garbage disposal and to snake my main drain. I lucked out and had a $50 off special for the month and they were able to come out and see me within 4 hours of my phone call. Patrick Dowd arrived on time and I received a text message with his picture on it showing me who he was and to expect him within 15 minutes of his arrival. He was very kind and thorough and we had great conversation while he fixed my sink. All went really well and I am very pleased and satisfied with this company.

My solar water heater was leaking water and needed replacing. I called Waialae Plumbing who came and gave me an estimate for a new unit. They worked me in their schedule the next day to do the replacement. The workers were professional and had the job done in a speedy manner. They were also very helpful in assisting us with the breakdown for our portion of the price and what we needed to send in to our insurance company. Nate from Waialae Plumbing was excellent! He did a great job finding the source of leaking and replaced the pipe very efficiently. He is very professional and care about the customers. He provided the best customer serveces! We knew we're in good hands with him. Also, he cares about his company business and image. He represented his company very well.
