#1- Steven is a standup, honest guy that cares. He stands behind his work and ensures the customer is satisfied. I was a difficult customer and Steven handled everything very professionally and did everything to our satisfaction. The quality of the deck is outstanding. His crews were great, hardworking guys. They had to dig footings far deeper than intended due to the water table and there was clay everywhere!
His team cleaned it up like nothing ever happened. Power washed our patio and left it pristine. Steven is in the National Guard (thank you for your service) and was in training in the middle of the project. He called me at night when he finally got a break to address my concerns. His follow up is outstanding. The work they performed was a remodel of the existing deck using tree and added stairs descending to My back yard.
His team cleaned it up like nothing ever happened. Power washed our patio and left it pristine. We love our new fence. Ryan and the crew were so kind and friendly, knowledgeable and completely professional. Ryan was always returned the call & text promptly and answered my questions. The experienced crew worked hard and incredibly fast took down our old fence and concrete blocks and installed the new. And left the work site clean & clear. The finished fence looks great! We recommend highly the AAA Fences and Decks Company.

We wanted a rail fence across the front of our property, with a walk-through gate and two drive-through farm gates. We got quotes from several contractors, and these folks had the best ideas and the best quote. They took care of permitting and acted fast once that permit came through. The crew were professional and personable, too. The fence is beautiful. Great experience all around.

AAA Fences really came through for us! We got three fence quotes and ended up choosing them for their price, responsiveness, and other reviews. Also, a neighbor had just used them, so we were able to see their quality in person, which was awesome. We had some delays on our end, but AAA was flexible on installation timing when we ran into scheduling problems.
But when we finally settled on a date, they were on time, if not early! Had a rain delay, but the crew was back the next day and knocked it out very quickly (would've been under a day except for the rain). Worth noting that we had a couple design issues where they used some imagination to find creative solutions to make the fence look awesome. We liked them enough to have them price out another project for us, so that should say something :)

I've put in fences numerous times over the years, but this one was the most complicated due to the yard and fence style required by HOA. Steven and his crew were fantastic from start to finish.
