Highly recommend Triple AAA Plumbing! They were prompt and professional. Porsha set our appointment up and was extremely helpful in explaining what to expect. The techs were friendly and also great at explaining what they did. They were not pushy with trying to upsell other services the way other companies are. We will be using them again!

Absolutely wonderful to work with from the moment we called. They set expectations when they would call and show up for the appointment as well as sending a text confirming with a picture of the service tech that would be arriving. Jesse was wonderful! He explained the problem, what needed to be done as well as the cost. Jesse as well as his work was clean, neat and professional. Before leaving he advised what we could do to avoid issues in the future. We will absolutely be using them again. Thank you!

I woke up this morning to discover that one of my outdoor hose bibs burst and was spewing water. I called AAA Plumbing and they were able to get Shannon out here in about 2 hours even though they've been swamped with calls due to the extremely low temperature over the last several days. He was immediately able to identify a solution and quickly completed the repair. Highly recommend AAA. This is my second time using them and they are fast, reliable, and professional.

I had a completely FUBAR'd plumbing system in my crawl space, experience back ups like no other. I called AAA City Plumbing, they sent out a very experienced technician named Shane. He gave me a reasonable quote. Within a week I had scheduled them to do the job. Shane and Frankie stuck around until every pipe was in place and in working order. They were polite, friendly and more importantly professional and efficient at what they do. I would highly recommend AAA City Plumbing for any work you need done.

I used AAA city Plumbing to repair a faulty shower on/off valve. Waide and Joe who was in training took care of the situation in a timely manner. My Shower on/off valve work great. It was a little on the pricey side for the work done but I was pleased with the service. I would recommend there service. Thanks Waide and Joe.

We had an ongoing kitchen drain issue at our home for the past 20 years. After numerous attempts by different plumbers to pinpoint & fix the problem, the situation was still unresolved after thousands of dollars spent. George came to our home and assessed the situation within about 30 minutes. The procedure was expensive but fixed the problem. Definitely recommend George and his company.

After receiving follow up septic tank service from AAA, I was impressed with their promptness and promise to repair or replace their warranted part. Their crew arrived as scheduled and the technician took the time to explain the details of the replacement. Additionally, the technician further outlined his installation after the job was done. The replacement followed the necessary steps to ensure the performance of pump and follow SC code. I again would use AAA for septic system repair and also recommend their services.
