Came in on a Sunday, same day I called, after my outside unit stopped turning and we were without AC an entire night and half-day. The tech (Jaime O) was kind, professional, diagnosed a bad motor and and replaced it quickly. Would definitely use again.

Jaime did a great job inspecting and doing maintenance on our a/c units today. He was very thorough and professional. We have the yearly membership which is very reasonably priced. We highly recommend using Grande Air.

First off, Grande was responsive to setting up an appointment promptly and began work the next day. After a day of installation it finally began cooling again. The technicians worked hard at it all day and let us know they were almost done. When they were done they explained the process and how to work the new thermostat. Very happy with their work!

If you are in the market for a new HVAC system, I highly recommend considering Grande air. The owner (Izzy) is one of the most honest people I've met and is very concerned about quality control. I replaced my entire HVAC system with them and he came out multiple times to inspect the system after it was installed. I also had something the AC breakdown at a different house I own over a holiday weekend and he called me personally to walk me through some troubleshooting without expecting payment. Very high quality work for a reasonable price. This company goes above and beyond for their customers.

Our AC went out Sunday night. I reached out to Grande Monday morning. We were able to get an appointment for Monday afternoon. Daniel, our tech, was prompt and knowledgeable. He checked out part of our system that could be an issue in the future to insure we wouldn't be calling in again soon. He made a recommendation on an airflow filter he walked by, and then he checked our AC unit.

It turned out to be a simple part replacement and he had the part on his truck. Our house was cooling off again in no time. I highly recommend Grande Air Solutions for your heating and cooling needs.

My AC stopped pumping out cool air, so I called Grande. They got a tech out 2 hours later at 7:30 and he had me back up and running within an hour. They had great communication, and plenty of notifications and calls letting me know exactly when he would be there. I can't recommend them enough.

Ivan, Nico, Barbara and Petra were AWESOME! My AC started to drip on Sunday. I made an appointment for a "check up" on Tuesday, but when the temperature in my home started to creep up, Petra managed to send Ivan out within a couple of hours. Ivan was patient and explained everything he was doing; within 30 minutes he figured out what was wrong, got me an estimate (which they honored to the penny), ordered my parts, and scheduled my repair.

When he found out that the part would have to be shipped, he came back at 8:00 pm to personally deliver a portable AC unit. First thing this morning, Nico (also very knowledgeable and professional) installed our new coil, and now the AC is running like a champ! This team is communicative, efficient, and some of the nicest people you'll meet. They're the real deal and I enthusiastically recommend them!

I called Grande Air Solutions in a pinch, my pop up AC unit started leaking all over my floor in my office. I wanted to get a mini-split installed to replace it so I started calling around to local AC installers/repair places, the vast majority of them wanted to charge me 5k-8k on the install! When I called Grande up, they had Alex out within the hour to quote me a very responsible price, much much lower then anyone else but inline with what I was expecting.

The very next day the installers showed up and start the work. Let me say, I expect a LOT out of installers who are inside my house and they did not disappoint. Everything that could get dirty was covered, floor protected and wearing PPE (covid era). They did a great job explaining things along the way for me, they put in a long day and didn't leave here until the job was 100%, I couldn't have been happier with the service and response. I will be an advocate of Grande Air to anyone I meet needed AC service in the Austin Area.

We have used them for our business and they always come through for us. Very respectful and honest each time we have used them. The staff is always friendly and very helpful with any questions that we may have. They also always do their best to get the problem fixed as soon as they can. Izzy and his team are so amazing! Our AC went out on the hottest evening of the summer and within hours he was at our home fixing it so our baby wouldn't have to sleep in a hot house. We continued to use him to repair some AC ducts in our attic and fully service our AC unit. He was always on time and went above and beyond! We are in the process of moving and not only are gifting the new owners our winter service but will continue to use them! It's a family company and they work really hard! Would highly recommend!

Isael and staff were very helpful, and Isael came within an hour after we called. He understood the urgency of the situation because it was a hot day and we needed the AC to stay on, instead of turning the unit off to keep water from coming down.
