Alecko was my technician, he was on time and thorough. He went above and beyond to solve the mystery of my broken air conditioner. 5 hours of effort.

Tony Bryant installed a furnace, AC unit and thermostat in my home. Not only did they arrive on time, but they where extremely professional through the entire installation. They walked me through the process and kept me informed through the day. There was no hassle on my end.

Although it took several weeks to get heater working (ordered parts, then finding out it was the wrong part) once the correct parts came in the job was completed quickly by the technician (Bryant Hernandez). But each time technicians came they were always courteous and concerned. They even supplied two portable heaters to help keep my mother (95yrs old) and myself warm through the cold weather. When parts came the dispatcher even worked to have technicians come as soon as possible. Excellent customer service!

My service Tech was Donald.he was ontime, fast, efficient, Thorough, and professional. He took the time to troubleshoot and track down the problem quickly. I also signed up for a yearly maintenance plan which was very reasonable. Donald will come out twice a year to check and maintain all my heating and air conditioning needs. Same day heating and air also takes care of plumbing needs as well which is a plus!

Tony Eddington was our sales representative and he explained the process and the price for our new Central Air unit and the labor. No surprises. he was very professional, courteous and we enjoyed his presentation along with a detailed walk through. The maintenance crew Bryant Hernandez, Jose Guzman, Dominic Gullette and Franky Inzuza we're very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of our property and day to day operations of our household.
