Daniil is a true professional, honest and extremely knowledgable. He answered every question I had and I never felt rushed to make a decision. He came out and measured everything and provided me clear estimates of the work to be done. He never tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need but did offer small ideas on how to upgrade the work without breaking the bank.

For example, he said contrasting the stairs with white bases would give them a much more modern and luxury feel, and I definitely agree they came out quiet nice for just a small increase in cost. The carpet was ruined by the previous renter, but Daniil and his team replaced it with great LVP flooring solution from Gaia. The before and after was a huge improvement and the work was done quickly in less than a week. I'll certainly be calling them for future flooring work and would recommend them to anywhere in the Bay Area looking to upgrade their floors!

Our new home has Brazilian cherry throughout the house, with 8 years of neglected care so I decided to refinish before moving in. This is a gating item to the move so speed is important. Daniil responded to my quote request the same day, with the measurements and quote ready the very next day. He gave honest and fair assessments, answered all our (numerous) questions, and did not push more work than necessary to make sure the results look good.

His team was ready to roll the very next Monday. Francisco did amazing work reinvigorating the floors, and all the gaps between had been neatly finished. After the baseboards were recaulked and painted, the floors look as good as new. Overall the 2 floors and 800 sqft were neatly finished in about 5 days, including sanding, gap filling, 3 coats of finish, painting and touching up baseboards. Elephant floors were professional, courteous, and delivered high quality work quickly. I would definitely recommend them for future projects.

Daniil & team did a wonderful job. They completed the work in a week like promised. 1650 sq feet installation including stepping up in our living room. We installed Medieval flooring SPC/LVP at our new place and Daniil took care of everything from ordering to delivering the material. There was a minor issue that we noticed after a week and Daniil & team were quick to come back and fix it. Daniil also helped us selecting casings for our door as well as baseboards.

As a first time homeowner, he gave other suggestions too for our home which were really helpful. The team found a water damage near one of the windows and they were able to fix that for me too. Highly recommend Daniil & team :

I can't say enough good things about Elephant Floors. They removed carpet and parquet flooring and installed new hardwood floors in a large space (~1200 square feet) plus a flight of stairs, the entrance way and a closet. The wood is perfectly laid - seamlessly moving among three rooms with long lines. They kept the house really clean and neat, moving my furniture around, so I didn't have to move it.

They did this start to finish in 4 days, my friends and neighbors are amazed - lots of excellent feedback.and this includes a contractor, who does this himself. Thank you Daniil, Hector and team, Bravo!

I love how careful they were and how Daniil was really helpful while we tried to find the best laminate for our home. Me and my wife were looking for a reliable flooring company to install the hardwood floors. We also needed to replace a few spots of subfloor after a last years water damage. Subfloor repairs was about 300 ft. total. We also were helped to choose the right floors, we have a 70 pound dog that can easily scratch the new floors, so the ones we chose are scratch resistant.

The entire project took a little bit less than four days. We were explained in the beginning how the process will take place, so as the repairs started we were more than ready for this project. Overall it was great experience, in a few years we are planning to sell our house, so if our next home will need any floor repairs to be done we will call Elephant Floors for sure. Great service, professional approach, highly recommend!

Daniiel is one of the most professional and helpful people I've ever worked with. He is incredibly polite, friendly, and responsive. Although our job was a small one, he treated it like it was not. For larger projects in the future, I will absolutely use Elephant Floors.

This Elephant Floors Company is amazing. It was end of September, every flooring company was busy at the moment. We were in a time crunch for our hardwood floor install prior to moving in. Me and my wife have contacted Daniel/Elephant Floors in regards of refinishing hardwood and installing tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. He came in to do the measurement and talked to us about the project. Daniel happened to be young, very professional and knowledgeable contractor. He took all the measurements, explained to us the logistics of the project, also came up with the labor cost estimate on the spot.

After talking to 2 other companies, we have decided to work with Daniel and Elephant Floors. We had to move out of the house and rent a PODS box to put all the furniture in. Daniel handled everything! We have spent 7 days in Tahoe, while the team was doing the job. After we came back, not only the project was already completed, the guys put all the furniture back where it belongs. I hired Elephant floors to refinish my parents house. Daniel came over to do the estimate. Very consultative approach and reasonable price. The house was fully furnished, so the guys moved all the furniture out of the house, and put it right back when the job was done. It took them a week to complete the project, pleasant surprise, they promised me 8 days. My parents and I love the floor, and I would recommend Elephant floors to anyone who want to refinish their hardwood.

I am very happy with the work elephant floors did for me. I had maple hardwood floors installed in two rooms, and then refinished the floors in the entire house. Daniil is excellent to work with and he delivers great customer service. Francisco and his crew did a great job with actual work. They cleaned up after themselves every day and at the end of the job.
