Alan knows his stuff. He came prepared and ready to inspect and gave us a very thorough quote. What I really liked about Alan was that he is a walking HVAC encyclopedia. From rebates to recommending the right size unit. He understood that we were looking for the Toyota/Honda of HVAC, not a Mercedes. We talked about supply chain issues in case down the line we needed parts.

He knew where things were manufactured. He was responsive and very patient. When there was something we had questions about (plumbing) he said he didn't know but would find out. Most people would have tried to BS their way to an upsell. When he left, I felt like I was talking to my uncle who had lots of great ideas and things to look out for. He set the bar pretty high on what to expect and how to be treated by prospective vendors. Their bid was very competitive and detailed.

I have been a customer of Elite for several years, and the longevity makes a statement. The customer service of its employees goes beyond the call of duty. Over the decades, I have been in a couple of emergency situations, and Elite had my back and was there to support me. Most recently, Sharon made it possible for me to get service when it's work load was scheduled out for a couple of days.

Before days end, Jesus showed up. Professionalism, kindness and caring is exercised at Elite. I would recommend Elite to all, and I'm so appreciative to know it's integrity which also makes a statement.

Every single time I call Elite I am more and more impressed. The office staff and the technicians are excellent. We have replaced multiple hvac systems and have had various repairs made on our properties and they have always done a great job. We are so grateful to Elite for their responsiveness.

We had Joey come out from Elite to troubleshoot an air conditioning issue we were having. He was absolutely amazing. Showed up early, took his time to explain everything to us, never rushed us, and most importantly was honest. He also took pride in the company he works for. I cannot recommend this company and Joey enough.

Had AC routine service today -- had great service by Matthew. In and out quickly, gave us some other service options on our silver plan. We didn't know about the combined HVAC and plumbing service plans. As a company so far I've been pretty happy with Elite since they have helped my parents in Summerlin. I haven't heard one complaint about Elite from them. I really do like the service plans they offer, fixed (reasonable IMO) price to maintain and make sure stuff is working yearly.
