I am so thankful we chose New Era Roofing to install our new roof. They always responded to questions in a timely manner, they were so helpful with any and all questions and explaining the steps to completing the job. New Era Roofing saved us. We had an emergency over the weekend where others roofers pulled out half of our roof and didn't show up the next day to finish the job (Not to mention they acted like they had no idea what they were doing). I called around to get quotes from a few companies. Eber with New Era roofing was the only one to contact me afterwards regarding the status of the roof. The quote was slightly higher than the rest, but his follow up was what made me choose New Era roofing. Once we got the roof started, it was no longer than a day and a half for the whole replacement process.

Step by step was laid out and it went right along as described. I have had the new roof for several months with one issue. The one issue was merely cosmetic and Eber personally came out to walk the roof and explained the issue. Eber's customer service was appreciated and I have already referred him.

When I first had Angie's list send out requests for estimates, they called me within 10 minutes. Even after I mentioned I wanted a couple more estimates (to repair a roof leak), he graciously offered to place a tarp over the area where he found the leak and did so even though it had started to rain a little (fortunately he finished before it rained harder).

A couple days after I hired them they showed promptly and performed the repair. They were courteous, professional and provided photos of the area where they laid new underlayment and the tiles after the work was finished. They repaired a couple of times that had cracked as well. It has rained hard since the repair and my ceiling is still dry. I would recommend New Era Roofing without hesitation.
