Replacing our roof was supposed to be a stressful situation but then we met Denise, and she was very meticulous in explaining the processes, and what type of roofs are the best, who are the best manufacturers, everything. I'm very happy with the results we chose their recommended manufacturer and we have an awesome warranty thanks to Denise and marlin roofing!

Marlin Construction replaced the flooring on my roof top. John (the owner) is extremely professional and knowledgeable. However, there were a few minor issues with the work. Nevertheless, the team made sure to fix everything. They made sure to schedule an appointment and send their contractors as soon as I called to ensure the problem was resolved. The estimate for the work was reasonable.

I'm overjoyed that the new conservatory roof was installed in a single day. The team did a fantastic job and was always polite and professional. The mess was then cleaned up. Highly suggested.

I called the company for an estimate, they provided it and I liked the price and what they offer. In 2 weeks I got a new roof put on which I love. The whole process was smooth and super easy.

It was nice to work with David because he did what he said he was going to do. His workers started when he said and finished when he said. It's hard to get that any more.

Marlin Construction was recommended by my GC and though I had not heard of them and they had some negative reviews on Google, after meeting with Denise I decided to trust my instincts and hired them. I needed a "cricket" in the middle valley where we had leaks recently. They arrived when scheduled with a large crew, obtained and posted the permit and got to work, removing the roof before the end of the day and disposing of all material.

The next day they replaced some damaged plywood and built the cricket. After inspection, they installed the shingles and a final cleanup. My neighbors praised their hard work and I appreciated their professionalism, timeliness and workmanship. I inspected the roof (see picture) and couldn't have been happier. They did everything I asked and did so with an extremely competitive price. I would highly recommend Marlin to anyone looking for a new roof! PS - we are on Sanibel just 2 months after hurricane Ian

Marlin Construction was very prompt and nice to work with. Their price was way better than another company we got a quote from. They were quick to come out and the roof was done by afternoon. I am so thankful we chose Marlin Construction to install our new roof. I've used Marlin for two of my homes. Crews were terrific and I was amazed how neat and clean they maintained the job site through the process. Office staff and Denise my project Manager were in communication with me and attentive to our needs. I would refer them to anyone in need of a roofing project.

Had the pleasure of doing business with Marlin they had been referred over to me by my brother in law who was very pleased with the job they did at his home. The office was very prompt in sending out a project manager to go over my roof repairs after a recent storm we had. After a recent storm I noticed the shingles on our roof were pulled up from the wind. Both my wife and I have Parkinson's Disease and Kris was on the spot with an assessment first thing the next morning that was conducive to our needs and situation. He assured us that he would work with our insurance company and get the job done on time. True to his word, he and Marlin came through with flying colors. Mike Moon had made a point to be available to meet with the adjuster. We got approved for our new roof. They were able to meet up their promise. He told us exactly what to expect about the service. Everything was just great. The guys were polite and clean. They left the job site as clean as most as it should be. I was impressed across the board with everything.
