X Out Pest Services

I've used X-Out for about 4 or 5 years now and two different addresses and have always been more than happy with them. I lived right up against a green belt and they took care of squirrels and mice in our attic, fire ant mounds, numerous wasp nests, and mosquitoes that infest our property every year. If I ever had an issue, one call or email would get them out within a day or two and they are always super helpful and friendly. If you have pest issues, do yourself a favor and give them a call.

Since X Out has been doing my quarterly pest control inspection I have not had any issues with any kind of bugs at all. All of a sudden I had an issue with mice because the 22 acres across the street was being cleared and X Out took care of them and were very responsive, put out traps and got them all taken care of. Mike and John were awesome! I've been using them for awhile now and I noticed a few fleas last week so I called. Mike was so friendly and helpful. He sprayed inside my house and made sure not to miss anything. He was so kind and sensitive to my anxiety about bugs and reassured me in every way! I feel like I can finally relax. It's nice knowing that if you do end up finding some bugs, they'll come back for free and take care of them for good.

First impressions were good. Ricky came out and explained everything he was going to do. He also asked us to smell the spray he was going to be using before he sprayed so if you didn't like the smell (didn't have much smell) they wouldn't use that product. Great service and so responsive. They were easy to reach and came out within hours of my call. Caleb, their tech, called before arriving, thoroughly sprayed inside and out, and even knocked down mud dauber nests and spider webs. Best of all, the ants are completely gone. And they respond super quickly to emails. Really impressive service.

Started service today. Michael was here and he explained everything in detail before starting. He did everything I asked especially be cautious of not spraying where my baby is around. He even helped me with the garage mechanical issue (not related to pest control-related issue at all) that randomly came up in the middle of spider web removals in the garage.

I noticed some termite activity in our fence when I was working on the yard. I looked for a provider near me and noticed that X Out Pest Services had a 5-Star rating. I left a message on a weekend and to my great surprise I got a response. A technician came to inspect the house and spent the time to get all of our questions answered. We have signed up for their services and we are very pleased.

The main reason I have loved this company over these past few years is because of the EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I receive from Megan. I have had instances of unexpected financial distress and Megan has worked with me to allow me to continue to use their service. I have never experienced a company that is more concerned about keeping their customer's happy and retaining them. Employee's like Megan are the exception and not the norm.

These guys are the best! Honestly don't even think twice about another company. We had issues with crickets inside our home and after they come and spray, no more crickets! We've been a customer for almost a year and zero issues. They are supper friendly and professional, shoutout to Nathan your awesome man!

Recently, our landlord's roof got replaced, and we started seeing bugs in the house. Also, a scorpion got in our bed and stung my wife twice! After asking for recommendations from Nextdoor, several neighbors said to call X Out Pest. Ricky came out to do the spray. He was prompt, and let us know when he was on his way. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

He explained that the spray they use outdoors is very powerful and time released. The indoor spray is potent, but completely pet, child and food friendly and is made from flowers. He uses it in his own home, even in the baby's nursery. Ricky even sprayed some on his hand to reassure our visiting granddaughter that her luggage was safe! We are very glad to have used this company and would use them again.

I've been an X-Out customer for about six months now after calling them for a problem with mosquitos and scorpions which Ricky and Danny on the phone have been very responsive in handling the issues and you can also see that they really listen to your concerns. Fast forward to today and am still sitting scorpion free. Keep up the great work guys.

Tahitian Village resident here in Bastrop - had a major scorpion problem inside our home. Spoke with Danny on the phone yesterday and he said he could squeeze us in that afternoon as a new customer. Ricky Good stopped by and we felt very comfortable walking through with him inside and out. He was a good listener and was quite personable and very knowledgeable.

Since we have pets, he calmed our concerns by telling us about the pet-friendly solution the company uses. He went so far as to uncover our outside dryer vent to expose lots of ants building up inside the PVC pipe, which he also sprayed for us. The whole experience took about 45 minutes and now we feel much better and could sleep scorpion-free for the first time in weeks! Thanks, X-Out!

X Out is an excellent company with great customer service. We had a few bugs right after moving into our house, so pest control was a necessity for us. I called a few companies and felt most comfortable (by a long shot) with X Out. They were courteous and straightforward with pricing and plan options. One of their techs came out the day we called. It's definitely a relief knowing we're in good hands with X Out.

Love this company. They were there for me when I meed them. I dealt with Danny who is amazing he confirms his appointments the day before. Danny also makes sure of everything neesing done and verifies so there is no misunderstanding. Danny makes sure to educate you on the service s provided and that you understand before leaving. Amazing job and company can't say it enough.

After seeing online this company was 24 hours I made them my first call at about 8:30pm. I left a voicemail and within just a few minutes my phone was ringing! Danny, the manager, called me back and answered all of my questions (and I tend to ask a lot). He was very professional, and patient. he didn't rush me off the phone, even though I'd image he had better things to do on a Friday night!

X Out did a fantastic job at our house. The service tech was explained exactly what areas he was treating and how it would keep the creepy crawly's out! I was also concerned about my dog being around the product they used and again the tech took time to explain what products he was using, and that it was completely pet (and human!) safe. We will definitely continue to use X Out! Thanks for the easy bug fix!

X Out Pest Services hit every mark for top quality customer service. I spoke with Heath: after getting the pricing I mentioned I was shopping around. Heath told me X Out does a price match. When a competitor offered a lower price on the initial service but was unable to meet the mark for my questions, I called back. Heath was able to price match immediately and scheduled service for the following day.

The annual contract with X Out is also incredibly straightforward. It's very short (read on a smartphone) and has no legal terminology, arbitration rules, etc. that would dissuade me from signing. Our Service person, Ricky, was knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. After looking at exactly the issues with which we were dealing, he recommended and effected a course of treatment.

He gave us instructions and expectations and finished his treatment in a safe, timely manner. So far I'm delightfully please with X Out and recommend them for you service needs.

One of my friends connected me to XOut, spoke to Heath and he was very friendly. Setting up the services, scheduling was wonderful. On day of appointment the services were provided and since I was home I spoke to the guy and he explained me each and everything, indoor, outdoor, dusting n not to forget the installed sticky pads caught so many insects, never thought so many were entering home through garage. Love the services n felt very welcoming
