I've been having trouble with my air conditioning 22 years believe it or not, I called this company ready to put a new air conditioner but I decided to check it out really good analysis on the air condition, the guy who came and checked it out found a 14 inch hole in it and told me air was coming out of it not going into my restaurant, he fixed the whole and it's been two days and so far my restaurants been cooling down a lot almost unbelievable that nobody else found the hole. That's why I gave this company five stars they deserve it Thanks for the great job!

Because the person who had set up their appointments was out, there was a minor wait in getting the initial pricing, but once we got it, they were incredibly efficient in getting us our appointment. The receptionist was very professional and pleasant. She organized the repair for next day. The tech was prompt called when promised. He diagnosed the problem instantly. He repaired my braemar ht420 quickly. This crew is excellent and I know the difference. Before finding this company, I had someone else try to fix my unit. They claimed to be repairers of central heating. The guy didn't have a clue. I wasted good money on fools.

I have been a builder for 25 years and Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning is one of the best company I have ever worked with. They are neat, professional, and respond immediately to any calls. He actually just showed up on a Saturday morning to explain to my plumber how to fix something that he had done incorrectly. I write this review reluctantly because if everyone finds out how great Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning for any heating issue.

I called about 8:30am today, (8/18) for A/C repair during this heatwave, and was fortunate enough to get a 10am-12pm slot due to a cancellation. The technician, Jose showed up at 9:50am (points for being early!) and quickly went to work. Unfortunately, these days HVAC's aren't made like they're used to. My Goodman HVAC is only about 5-6 years old.

Fan stopped working, which is why cold air wasn't blowing. Technician fixed and left my home about an hour after arrival. Jose was also very polite, respectful of personal property and professional, explaining everything.

I recommend this company for their fast, honest and reliable service. They recently came out For AC repair and was very impressed of their professionalism, Victor the tech was very prompt to give me the estimate and repairs were done without delay. I'm glad I called

I seldom write yelp reviews, however, this company definitely deserves one. Have you ever tried to find a reputable, professional service technician to service a "simple" WALL Furnace? Everybody wants to "upgrade" you to a modern A/C unit for Thousands of dollars. I could have called my retired Plumbing Contractor friend who installed this unit 7 years ago but, I wanted someone who would be technically professional, with deep knowledge of this make and model's inner working AND, have the right parts in his truck.

Guess what.by choosing Pacific Coast Heating & Air, I got exactly what I wanted. I called late on Monday, made an appointment for Tuesday, and Anthony showed up on time! He listened to my description of the UNIQUE problem with my heater before starting to work. He found the problem and got the parts from his truck. He told me exactly what was needed and what it would cost BEFORE proceeding.

He crossed out the "Diagnosis" charge and applied that to the cost of repair. He worked on my heater for over two hours and when finished, he tested it several times. He made a couple of additional "tweaks" and my heater is now working like it did when new. I am a retired Navy Master Chief (30 years) and truly appreciate a Specialist who is highly knowledgable and committed to excellence. I could not be more pleased with the quality of his work and the fairness of the cost. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We have an older wall heater, circa 1949 that had a leaking line valve (how scary). We reached out to Pacific Coast HVAC and spoke with Andrew, he immediately sent a tech out to come have a look at it. Jose (the tech) was nothing short of skilled and professional: he diagnosed the issue and got straight to work.a little dusting off; and a couple of replacement parts later, our old heater is now as good (and SAFE) as new!

Would absolutely recommend! I called a few companies because I was having a an issue with my air conditioner. Jose was able to get to my house fairly quickly. Even called as he was running ahead of schedule so he arrived early. He was great about educating on how the problem occurred, what the potential fixes would be and emailed me later with quotes and varying price point comparison on fixing or replacing my system. All that and he wasn't at all pushy. So appreciated it all.
