Chris #28. Where do I start? The most thorough articulate person I have ever met. He spent three hours on my pipes and walked me through everything. He was efficient and hard working. I have been around the block and have own many homes. I have never encountered such an amazing patient person. He knew I was stressed and and through his amazing knowledge " walked me off the cliff". He was extremely fair in price and just a great human being. I am a lucky person. I would highly recommend him!

Highly recommend One Call Plumbing! One call was all that was needed to have a plumber at my house within two hours! Kevin was knowledgeable and professional and determined our problem quickly. We needed to have our water heater replaced. He explained the problem, , with pictures, , he discussed the price, and said he could complete the job the same day.

We agreed and he proceeded to do just that! Kevin. we appreciate your hard work! Oh, , and he wanted our dog, Mabel, but we had to say no. Also thank you to the office who emailed a copy of the bill, and numerous pictures of the work that was done. We will recommend One Call Plumbing to family and friends!

New to this area, I called One Call Plumbing based on the reviews. Michelle took my call and was very friendly and professional. She explained how they cost out jobs and set an appointment for the next day. She said I would be called around 30 minutes prior to arrival. Nearly to the minute (next day) Michelle called and told me when to expect the plumbing technician. Michelle, you get 5 stars!

Our technician was Doug and nobody could have been more cheerful the whole time he was here. He ran into issues (older house) and explained how he could fix things and gave me an updated estimate on total cost. He wore his shoe booties inside the house and cleaned up nicely when he was done, hauling away all our junked fixtures. Honestly Doug - you were terrific and we thank you. Doug gets 5 stars as well!

What can I say? On time, friendly and personable and from what I could tell - professional work done IF I need plumbing work done in the future - I'll only be calling One Call. P.S. I DID call another highly rated plumbing company initially - they never called me back.

One Call Plumbing was recommended to us by a friend and it ended up being exactly what we needed! Levi and his apprentice were fast, professional, and kept us informed throughout the entire process! The ladies in the office were also super helpful with scheduling and communicating with us. We had a major clog that kept us from using our bathtubs or toilets for a couple of months and with two small children that made life a hassle.

They came in and had the repair made, as well as a water line for the fridge ice maker completed in a days time and now we have our tubs, toilets, and washing machine back to use again. I can't say enough how great our experience was!

Nick Jennings with One Stop Plumbing is a professional as they come. He takes great pride and care in his work. Cleans up any mess and completes the work in a superb manner. Great experience, had an issue with my water heater, called them at 4pm and was told they could have a tech out at 8am to check out the issue. The gentleman (Kevin) that came out was very polite and thorough, figured out the issue and got me fixed right up. Highly recommend One Call for any of your plumbing needs.

My experience with One Call Plumbing was nothing short of spectacular. We had an issue on the weekend that needed immediate attention. The customer service/dispatcher communicated politely and clearly, and Spencer handled the problem on site with efficient skill and professionalism. Would highly recommend.

If I could give this company 100 stars I would! Jonathon came out to fix a problem I was having with water backing up into my bathroom when I ran my washing machine. When he arrived he explained everything from start to finish. He was very professional and personable which I appreciate so much. Definitely a stellar technician and employee.

We had a noise that we couldn't pinpoint. They came out within one hour of our call to investigate for us. As soon as he pulled up he found the leak with our irrigation system and was able to shut off the water. He was quick and got the job done without overcharging for the work. He laid out our options for repair and how to handle the water bill. Would use again!

So grateful for One Call Plumbing. My dad accidentally busted through our outside cut off pipe because it happened to be only about 3 below the surface of the ground. We had the water company shut off our water so we needed this repair done quickly. It was a very rainy day and after calling One Call Plumbing they arrived within 30 minutes. I was very impressed from reading reviews before I called; once I called Michelle handled me professionally and I could tell I made the right choice. The next morning steven arrived to do the work. I could not of ask for a more personable and knowledgeable person to do the work. For anyone looking for an honest fair priced and knowledgeable outfit One Call Plumbing is it. Less I forget another of there staff Ethan came over in another truck for backup and was impress my him.

I would use them again the guys arrived on time and worked VERY hard and patiently. They were very respectful, knowledge and willing to keep me informed every step of the way. It got pricey quick but to no fault of their own it was beyond their control. If you need fast friendly service One Call Plumbing is the one to call.

Called after 5 on Tuesday scheduled to come out by 9 the next morning and by 11 had my septic line from the house to the tank replaced and septic lid repaired. Great guys, super nice, very professional.

We had four issues at our house that needed repair. Nick came out, on time I might add, and stayed until everything was finished. Checked on other issues also. This is my best experience with a plumber after using many over the many years of homeownership.

She was so nice, she took down my information and told me a technician will be at my home in about 30 minutes. She was right. Nick Jennings was there at my doorstep. We had to call a plumber to J&J's house because the toilets and shower stall had backed up. They were able to get someone to the house in less than an hour. Once there, the technician provided an cost for us to okay before he began his work. Once approved, he corrected the problem and then called me over to explain in great detail precisely what he had done and why. He also provided an estimate for future work that needs to be done to prevent the problem from reoccuring.

I called One Call Plumbing for a what appeared to be a backed up pipe. My laundry room flooded and I had noticed the kitchen sink was backwashing to its secondary sink. The office was open on Saturday! Yes! The person that answered the phone was pleasant and professional. Literally cannot say enough good things about this company. They have installed a whole house filter for us, and found a solution to a problem that no one else could figure out. The office staff is courteous and friendly, and all of the technicians are professional. They truly go the extra mile!

Nick came out to our home on a Saturday and helped us fix a leak in our laundry room. Afterwards he found another water leak AND a very small gas leak and fixed both within a few hours. He was VERY thorough and friendly. Very reasonably priced as well for their work. Recommend using them for your plumbing issues!

Had a water problem when rained/ Kevin w/one call came out same day I called/ gave me a solution, / problem fixed/ within days with excellent results, / very satisfied with work done/ and clean up afterwards, also that they called after first rain to make sure I was happy would highly recommend

If your looking for a plumbing company that knows what they are doing then this is the only plumber to use! They where here when promised and prices where more then fair. Had Kevin and Steven as my plumbers and they are great.

As an out of state landlord im easy prey to be taken advantage of, especially when, like me you really care about your property and tenants. On a saturday morning after having received bad news of drainage issues at my home in Spartanburg with an estimated repair cost of $9,000 I called One Call Plumbing for a second opinion; and I'm glad I did! The professional service man listened to my issues and was willing to work with my property manager to schedule a visit.

Finding out that my property manager was closed on saturday he took it upon himself to introduce himself to my tenant with professionalism and courtesy. My tenant couldn't be any more happy to see this man on a saturday eager to help. Shortly after lunch that day I was viewing online video of my drainage system and was offered and effective and immediate solution.

After having provided a price that totaled less than 1/10th of the original plumbers estimate I approved the work and by dinner time I was online looking at the video of my drainage system as fully functional and of no further inconvenience to my tenant. Upon completion of the work I was offered proposals to maintain and possibly even upgrade the system without invasive excavation.

I was furnished with a copy of the note left for my tenant notifying them of the status, pictures of the site and of the tenants gate closed and re locked. I fell sorry for anyone who calls anyone else. These guys are top notch!
