Steve and his guys did a great job on the parking area in front of our office. The previous concrete was falling apart and overgrowing with grass. They completely transformed the area. Great service from Pavement Services. They sealed our asphalt pavement and re-striped the lot. Looks beautiful and the crew did a wonderful job of preparing the lot and cleaning up afterwards. Steve Romine, the owner, and his crew did a great job on our parking lot of The Women's Institute of Houston. No hassles and I didn't have to worry about anything. The private road in our subdivision is ~38,000 sq-ft. After removing the existing asphalt layer, Steve, the contractor, went extra mile to prepare the base whenever the owner of the house requested something extra even thought the request was not realistically useful. It took full three days to finish the projects and I suggest if your project is not an one-day job, plan on coordinating with Steve closely on the timing and scope of the project so that all areas look the same in seamless ways.

I have worked with Steve on multiple projects and am always very satisfied. His pricing is competitive and he's quick to respond if you have any questions or issues. He's very informative on what he sees and you can tell he's been doing this for a while because he really knows what he's talking about. He only steers you in the right direction for what you need repaired. I would recommend Steve anytime and wished he did work all over Texas bc I'd use him on every project!

Steve showed up next day to look our repair job over and give me a quote. He was considerably lower than the other bidders and did not try to over sell me. Then they showed up next day, did demo and poured same day. Very satisfied with the quality, speed and price. The invoiced matched the quote to the penny. Will use these guys again.

In spring 2014 Pavement Services applied seal coating & striped our existing asphalt parking lot, and did a superior job! The work was completed on schedule, and the area was left very clean by the crew. Afterwards, our parking lot looked brand new again; and it still does as of this writing (6 months later).
