This is a terrible company that lies and covers up problems and then does not disclose them to the future home owners as required by law. Do not under any circumstances use this company, they are not even licensed! please do your homework and use a reputable, licensed contractor for any renovations. Contact me if you need more info!

Roofing is a thankless job, really. Roofers are expected to do a 100% perfect job at a baseline. Well, I'm happy to say that Accurate Renovation and the whole team there (especially Earl) did more than just a perfect job, giving my roof a 110% effort and then some. Some background: I purchased a fixer-upper with a complex, multi-pitched roof. Aside from replacing the roof, we had work done on the kitchen, bathrooms, garage, water line, HVAC, garden, you name it.
Of the dozen contractors we had to work with this year, Earl and Accurate Renovation were unambiguously the best. If I could give these guys 6 stars out of 5, I would. Seriously, I told Earl if they expand into any other line of business for which I had a need, I'm hiring them.

Great work. They completely replaced my mother-in-law's roof as well as mine. Insurance paid for mine after a big storm, but even then. the quote they gave was very competitive. I really appreciate how quick they were as well. They knocked out the entire roof replacement in one day. This was a rental property that I own and I wanted to minimize the inconvenience for my tenants.
Accurate Renovations were considerate throughout and the point of contact, Devonyha, had excellent communication skills. I'm a realtor, so I plan on recommending them to my clients as well. Great work! Highly recommended!

We had storm damage to our roof a couple of months ago that caused two leaks inside of our home. Accurate Renovation did a great job at helping us report the damage to our insurance and getting the process completed quickly. Our roof was replaced and looks great. Julius did a great job repairing the damage to the interior of our home. We are very satisfied with the services provided by this company.

The owner of Accurate Renovation came out the same afternoon I called to help with a roof leak. He was able to diagnose where the leak was coming from, which was an amazing feat going around my HVAC unit in the attic with narrow margins that I was not able to do myself. I was so impressed with his ability to figure out where it was coming from--which turned out to be through the siding!
He also fixed some of my roofing trim that had started to pull away from my house. His professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, and dedication are hands down the best I've experienced with a contractor. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

Prompt response to request for estimate and scheduling of needed roof repairs. Project manager always responded to email or text questions or requests VERY promptly. Work was completed in short order and crew cleaned up site very thoroughly. When I documented any hanging issue or concern it was addressed the next day. Work was priced fairly, got a complete estimate and invoice and guarantee electronically and hard copy. Would reccomend.

We discovered a leak in our ceiling this past week when it was raining and was recommended Accurate Renovation by a friend. I'm so glad I called them b/c they came out within the next day and inspected the inside of the house and on the roof to find the problem and immediately fixed our issue within the hour! They were so professional and honest about our situation that I will definitely use them in the future.
You never know who you can trust in this day and age and the fact that I don't know anything about roofing - finding someone you can trust to tell you the truth and do a fantastic, expedient job is priceless. Do yourself a favor and call them today!
