Anthony showed up on time, actually, he rearranged his schedule to accommodate me and get my A/C up & running again. The drain was really clogged and it took quite a while, but he fixed it, cleaned up and locked up for me. He showed me how to adjust my thermostat to a higher humidity level as well. Great job done with the customer in mind.

Our new construction condo give us a loud whistle of air while the AC is running. Johnny with Weathermakers was very professional & took time to thoroughly explain the issue with my AC. He located the leak in the attic from the AC, removed wet installation & serviced the water flow line on exterior of my home. He advised that he would arrange for a representative to contact me regarding repairs to the unit, etc. It was a pleasure meeting with Johnny.

It's not easy to find an AC company you can trust, but after working with them in an emergency at my in-laws' house, Weathermakers is my new go-to company. Another thorough and helpful visit today! Weathermakers helped us years ago with a replacement system (the whole AC system). We have the routine maintenance plan so we never have surprises. Johnny came out today, checked our system, and replaced the surge protector. He worked quickly but showed us everything he did. Such a pleasant guy! Smiling and quick to thank you! 2022, April: The gentleman who came today was just as professional and congenial as others who have come here before him from Weathermakers. When I bought my home in 2014, Weathermakers had a service contract with former owner (prepaid) which they honored for me as new owner. They have continued to service my heat/air conditioning equipment, replaced the unit when that was needed a few years ago, and continue to service the unit every six months.
I love that they tell me what is needed and ask if it's ok to proceed. I LOVE that they blow out/clean out the algae that grows in the outside drain hose in spite of my best efforts to keep the line flushed out. Johnny is pleasant, professional, and good at what he does.

Weathermakers is our go-to HVAC company. We first used them about 6 years ago for a system replacement and haven't considered any other company for any of the homes we have owned since. Kyle and Cooper replaced my A/C unit today; they were extremely professional and courteous. Their work ethic and values of providing top-notch service shined through brightly! They took care of every little detail to ensure that the job was done right and that I was thoroughly happy prior to their departure. We called Weathermakers Monday morning because our AC stopped working in the middle of the night on Sunday. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and promised to fit us in some how. She said she was able to get someone out to us in the afternoon. Matt called at 11 am and said he's on his way. Matt arrived promptly and was able to diagnose the problem, a blown condenser, on a year old unit! Who would have thought! Matt did and was able to get us up and cooling again. Weathermakers put simply is fantastic! I purchased my house three years ago, and their sticker was on my unit, so I took a chance. Their service is prompt, thorough, and done right every time. I had to replace my central AC and not only were they very accommodating, their pricing is extremely competitive. They came in and did the end-to-end install in 6 hours.
Their install technicians were very courteous and did not mind me asking questions. The installed unit was done with extreme care, and the attention to detail was impeccable. We are very satisfied with our new AC. I would recommend Weathermakers to anyone!

Haven't given a review since our installation summer 2017- the rep who came out to give us an estimate was very profesional, friendly & informative, (sorry can't remember names)- install was done on time, those workers also very profesional and again friendly- inspection failed only because the city wanted more tape & the staff was apologetic & came right out to place the needed tape & passed inspection- today, Feb 2018 came home from work & the air wouldn't turn on- called the on call number & the technician immediately knew the problem, it was the pre-existing drain that was clogged- he walked me through what needed to be done & the issue was resolved in about 10 minutes- love this company! BTW, we've saved a lot of $$$ on the electric bill since installation

I'm renting a condo and my heater wasn't working. I received a call from Weathermakers and spoke to Tiffany on the phone. She was incredibly helpful, polite and pleasant. Because of my odd work hours, and me having to be present for the workers to show up, Tiffany accommodated me and had a serviceman come out at 7 p.m. to fix the issue. They had to send a second person out a few days later to fully finish the issue at hand, but this review is because Tiffany literally was the most polite and pleasant young woman that I've spoken to on the phone at any company.
She accommodated my schedule, apologized when there was a mix-up in what needed to be changed (and hey, mistakes happen), and gave me follow-up calls. The first young men who came out to service my heater clearly was knowledgable but he was talking in terms that I didn't understand when telling me about the heater. The second young man who came a few days later was quick and did the job well and explained things in a more straight forward manner. Overall I had a very good experience and would recommend them.
