Working with simply clean carpet care was very easy. I reached out and they were very responsive. I let them know what my needs were and they gave me an estimated quote via the phone. They scheduled to meet with me at 2:00 PM the following week which was within my timeline. And they were on time. They came in and they sprayed the apartment carpet to ensure that any cat pee had been lifted off of the carpet and then they proceeded to oscillating the carpet and cleaning it. I would definitely work with them again.

The carpets in my new home were old and very dirty. Ted at simply clean cleaned my carpets the day before we moved in and I was SHOCKED at how good the carpets looked. The stains I was sure wouldn't come out were gone, like they were never there. I haven't had the opportunity to try the other services Simply Clean offers but if I need them in the future they are who I will call! Great service, quality and professionalism. 10/10!

I had an emergency need for the cleaning of an Persian rug Due to a puppy's bad habits. I called in the morning and simply clean worked me in that afternoon and my problem was absolutely solved. It was quick and easy, efficient and well done. When my place had actual wall to wall instead of hardwood. and this was several years ago. They did an equally superb job. Ted Borecki and his crew are the best!

Just hired Ted for the third time and I can't believe I haven't reviewed his company yet. Five stars, every time! He is extremely professional, shows up on time, has great equipment that gets carpets super clean, super fast, and is just a really nice guy. Plus, I think his prices are reasonable. I have seen him clean what I thought were already clean carpets and watched how much hair and dirt he pulled out (I was shocked, actually). So I know he is proving a great service. I highly recommend him!

Prompt and efficient. After thinking our white-gray carpets would never look new again after pet stains from a puppy and kitten, they look and feel FANTASTIC again. Ted does an amazing job. When you mix strong, hard working man with smarts, kindness, and trustworthiness you get the best clean carpets imaginable. I'm embarrassed to say we hadn't had our carpets cleaned since we moved into our house 9 nears ago. Now, It's like they are brand new. I had almost given up on my textured berber carpet. I'd had it cleaned before and it was wet for days and the pathways never looked clean. After simply clean came it all looks clean and the dirty pathway is still clean and it dried in about an hour and a half. Ted did a great job. I got my family room carpeted, and my cat starting marking the perimeter. Ted came in cleaned up all her markings and offered to come back and follow up if there were still stains/odors (there wasn't). He also cleaned my bedroom carpet while he was here and got out a LOT of dirt. I recommend Ted and will totally use him again!
