Your entire team Joel Lebron, Raymond Corniel, Roberto Martinez and Katlyn all helped getting damage fixed in a very professional way. Damaged occurred when ceiling collapsed after one day after installation of new roof was complete. roof had not been covered during storm the two days of installation therefore causing the damage. I just wanted to thank Joel Lebron for coming out and being so professional and informative. He really saved the day. I have several rental properties in the area and will not hesitate to use Restorative Pros again. We had two plumbing leaks and I had removed the wet drywall and base molding and sprayed over-the-counter anti-mold agent as a preventative measure. Joel checked the area thoroughly and pointed out where I needed to do more and where it was fine. Was recommended Restorative Pros after finding water damage and mold growth. Ashley was very nice to speak with on the phone and had Adam out here same day taking a look at things. Adam was very professional and knowledgeable and answered every single question we had including how to file an insurance claim. He always called to let us know he was on his way and had everything taken care of within a week of us finding the problem.

Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We worked out a painless plan to get my water damage mitigated. No pressure and very straight forward.

We had a pipe leak in the attic and it caused a decent amount of water damage. Restorative Pros was able to remove and clean up the damage and get everything dried out. We felt like Roberto was a new member of the family because he came by every day to check on the progress and make adjustments as needed. Hopefully I'll never need their services again, but if I do I won't hesitate to call.

Miguel came out and helped us detect and remedy our problem. He was honest, fair, explained everything well, and was very kind. During the hurricane I left my house to find safety. But when I returned home it broke my heart to see all the water damage. The hurricane destroyed my roof causing water to enter my home and destroy my first floor. I called Restorative Pro's hoping they can help me and they did more then that. Carlos and his team changed our lives. I have a fairly new home and was unaware that we had a mold issue there was no visible mold in our home.
