Excellent service cleaning out my sewer drain. Great interactions as they sent me messages about my appointment and when the technician would arrive. I appreciate the discount given to disabled veterans. I would certainly use them again.

Alan Bianchine & his working partner came to my house faster than expected and installed a new water heater. My old heater had leaked & flooded my entire furnace/laundry room & attached garage. They were very efficient, professional, courteous, & explained everything that we needed to know. We (my Landlord, Robert Gloria, and myself, Linda Briggs) were very pleased with their service & would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with plumbing of any kind.

In fact, Robert is planning to have them work on a forth-coming plumbing job at his own home. We have also had Joe, the owner, hook up plumbing (several years back) to my new refrigerator that had a water dispenser and ice maker. They are very well-educated in the work that they all do. Their office assistant(s), (Lisa), is/are very courteous, efficient, and professional as well. They are a pleasure to do business with.

The staff at Hoffman Plumbing made a stressful experience (who doesn't need hot water?) so much less stressful! Of course the water heater needs replacing on Christmas Eve! Of course there's a water leak at our son's home ON THE SAME DAY! My call for help was returned even before I could finish leaving a message, and less than an hour later we received a call to schedule our replacement.

The gentleman who came to do the work was personable, knowledgeable and professional - we couldn't ask for more. Our son's experience was just as positive as ours - two endorsements from two households in the same family on Christmas Eve - what could be better?

I looked for a better alternative to Roto- rooters, which I had used before and became very expensive. Huffman and Plumbing had good reviews so I decided to try this Company. I am very satisfied with the service I received, and will use them again. They charged me no extra fees, and I got the pipe unclogged. The personnel at the main office ( specially Lisa) were excellent as well.

Excellent service! I highly recommend this company! They came out on a Saturday and fixed a leaking pipe in my cement slab floor. They very carefully removed just a small amount of cement surrounding the downpipe and located the leak. Cut out and replaced the leaking section, and finished up in just a bit over two hours. Great work, and reasonable cost. Hoffman Plumbing is now my go-to company for any future plumbing needs!

We had Jesse out to replace a shower valve. He came, he plumbed, and he left. On time. Neat and tidy work. Efficient. Pleasant and a credit to his company. Making the appointment was also a good experience although the date was a bit distant. Fortunately it wasn't an emergency. If it was, I'm guessing they would have figured that out too. Happy to have found our go-to plumber.

I've used Hoffman several times, but they were especially good on this last one. We had a seemingly simple problem, a shower drain that we couldn't unclog. Roberto did a heavy snaking and thought he had nailed it, but the clog came back next day. They came straight back within hours and figured out the real problem was a bad trap under the house. They fixed that, charging only for additional parts. You couldn't ask for better service or fairer treatment.

Making an appointment was very easy and I got a call back quickly (most places don't ever call back). A couple days before the appointment they sent out a reminder (always a plus). On the day of the appointment the plumber called and said he could be early and if it was OK for him to do so (yes please). He arrived right at the time he said he would and was friendly, did the repairs and even showed me how to do it to avoid a call out in the future (turned out to be a real simple process with my toilet model to fix leaky water tanks). Fast, professional and cared about saving me money in the future. I'll be using them again whenever needed - such a smooth process compared to previous plumbers I've used.

Hoffman Plumbing was great. Had a main waterline break. They said no problem and Jesse was here that evening. He was professional and solved the issue. (Great guy) Water was back on and all happy. Highly recommend them!

Hoffman Plumbing located in Carson City but servimg the four county region. I have worked with them and several significant plumbing problems. They brought several crews to address these issues. They are responsive, professional, and know how to solve problems. Their from office has also been a helpful, responsive and friendly part of the team. I recommend them.

Easy to make a next day appointment. Dave and Jesse arrived early and worked quickly with great results on the removal of the old gear and clean and proper installation of the new fixture. Once again, a pleasure to do business with Joe and Hoffman Plumbing.

From the first phone call to Erin in the office to the field technician everything was great! no over charging or upselling. We thank you guys for the awesome job. and getting out within an hour to take care of an upstairs drain clog. This could have been a nightmare with water leaking through the ceiling. Joe Ortiz was very responsive to my request to provide plumbers to rooter a drain pipe, locate the break and provide a repair. Jesse and Jake accomplished this work in a prompt and professional manner. I definitely would use this company again.

The owner, Joe, understood the urgency of our needs and tried his very best to accommodate us. Technician, Jesse, arrived on time. He was very professional and methodical in addressing our drainage & sewer backup issue. Thus far, our issues were resolved and as of this writing, we've not had any problems.

It was a Friday and my septic system was completely plugged. Joe was able to send Al out and he tried to snake the line. But my system was so badly plugged he knew it was going to be a major job. That night Joe brought the excavator out and the next day Al and his partner dug out the line. It was plugged for 15 feet. They discovered that the existing pipe was only 3" in diameter and was crimped causing the blockage.

Definitely not up to code. They took an emergency situation and did an exemplory job at a very fair price. I now have a 4" pipe that is up to code. I can't thank them enough for making me a priority and getting my house back to civilization. And, at a very fair price.

Joe and team are great! I just bought a 1920s home and pipes were pouring water into the basement (obviously, not a desired state!). The pipes and plumbing desperately needed some love and Hoffman Plumbing was the right choice. They are reasonably priced and booked about a week out. I provided them with the inspection report and they went right down the list. They had all the tools and a fancy van to deliver quality service. Give them a call!
