Professionalism since day 1. The sales team let me know exactly what to expect throughout every step of the process. Trustworthy and accountable company, they used some of the best technology and processes but the best thing about it is the people that work there. From the sales people, electricians, installers, the administrative team and the owner. I wouldn't trust another company with Solar on my home, they are local, have been around for a whole and will always respond to you quickly and precisely, no BS.

We had a situation where half of our panels were not functioning and our previous provider went out of business. Solar Edge Pros sent Lanze out to investigate. Within a few minutes, he had diagnosed and corrected the issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Definitely five stars.

We've had experience with solar panels in the past and Solar Edge Pros are by far the best. Once we signed our documents for our panels, we did the very minimum (getting permission from the HOA) and Solar Edge took care of the rest. Art was communicating with us throughout every step of the way and we loved the experience.

Just had my system finished up and I can't thank everyone at Solar Edge Pros enough for making this whole process simple and to the point, I especially want to thank and bring spot light to Adolfo Matos for his understanding and willingness to make sure I got the best deal and the most out of my system, and Lanzereth Stapleton the work he did was awesome everything is clean and looks nice, you can tell by his work he take great pride in what he does and is good at it, I can not express how thankful I am for his workmanship. Solar Edge Pros is the standard and I hope they maintain this level for professionalism and quality.

Solar Edge Pros undertook and completed a massive project including 62 solar panels, two inverters, a battery, and a 22kWh Generac Standby Generator. We produce more than we consume so we have no electric bill, and our payments through LoanPal are much less than the utility payments were, let alone what they will be in 20 years! We are thrilled with the results.

Not only do we produce more power than we consume--with a massive house, pool, and a ton of electronics--we never have to worry about a winter storm or ever losing power again. Due to the complexity of the install; it took some time, and Ernesto and Armando had to spend quite a bit of time out here. The team was comprehensive, professional, and courteous.

I worked from home during a great deal of the installation time so I was able to watch the crews as they installed the panels, ran the wires, and spent countless hours programming the system. We had in-home pitches from several companies prior to settling on Solar Edge Pros. Their presentation and the care they took in the early days of the pandemic really stood out and made the choice easy.

I've lived through Katrina with no power as well as had the gut-wrenching feeling of cuddling up with twin 5-year olds during the recent winter freeze. I've also had a $600 electrical bill at another house with a pool. We 've moved around for the military and lived in 8 different houses. Now, that we've settled in the home we'll live in for the indefinite future, I feel relieved that I've got the security and peace of mind I've always wanted while locking in a lower utility "rate".

The combination of solar panels and the generator alleviate both of those concerns. Next time the rest of San Antonio loses power for days, my biggest inconvenience will be having to listen to the generator make a little bit of noise.

I truly recommend solar panels. My electric bill was 5.00 and I received no bills there after and the price for the panels were less than what I paid for electric bill the customer service was great. I am very pleased with my solar panels

I love my solar panels! Ever since we went solar our bill has been much less and we always have my kids and all the grand babies running with my house set on 71. Brian is so knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy. I recommended my brother-in-law get a free quote to see if it's a good fit for his house too

Armando and his team are are professional and did a great job! they came out and removed our solar panels when we had our roof replaced reinstalled them when our roof was done! Also they are going to clean our solar panels! Would highly recommended!

They were very professional and easy. They handled everything from start to finish but always kept me appraised during the process. When issues did arise customer was friendly and quick to respond and resolve the situation.

WE HAD THEM INSTALL PANELS FOR US. THEY WERE QUICK AND DID A GREAT JOB. THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING FROM START TO FINISH. We had them install panels for us. They were quick and did a great job. They handled everything from start to finish. They were up and running in no time, I was going with a different company but they offered a better deal for me and are local with great follow up service. I like monitoring my units output on my phone as well as being able to see that every panel is doing the most it can. They offer a great value as well as super service. They are ready to help whenever I have a question. i know they will always be there.

I’m happy to say I finally invested in solar energy! Brian Couch did a great job educating me on the product and it’s crazy how affordable it is.
