Dan and Dave were fantastic to work with! They went the extra mile to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. They worked to make sure our budget was followed while still making sure all water damage and mold were removed quickly. I can't say enough good things about how they saved our bacon in a tough spot.

I called Bedrock in a panic at 1am because water was dripping through my ceiling and I didn't know why. Dan, answered the phone and helped me immensely. He talked me through how to shut the water to my house and he gave me clear instructions on what I needed to do next. He was professional, calm, and collected at a time when I was frantic. He helped me focus on fixing the problem instead of panicking about it.
A few hours later he personally called me to follow and see how things were going. It was great to have someone call and check in on me rather than me having to make another phone call. I hope I never have water damage again but if I do, Bedrock will be my first call. I already saved the number in my phone.

We contacted Bedrock randomly from google searches to address some previous water and mold damage that was present when we moved in. They were very responsive and offered a free onsite consultation, which isn't as common from our experiences. Once there they did a nice job of explaining what likely would have to be done and potential factors that would make it a more complicated job.
They were efficient with their time onsite and did a good job of cleaning up after they were finished. They walked through what they had done and communicated some must-do and should-do next steps. The price came in under what the original range that they estimated. I would definitely recommend working with Bedrock.

so professional" and "on time" and "transparent" are great. "We had water damage in a large basement and the team at Bedrock responded right away and was at my house within an hour. They were extremely professional and courteous and treated my home with care. They were also very transparent with what was needed to be done and how much it would take to get it done.
