Excellent work. Andrei was FAST to answer my call and FAST to schedule a same day appointment with Alex. Alex came and diagnosed the problem with my VIKING Dishwasher quickly and easily. The repair took less than an hour and the area was cleaned up before Alex left. The pricing was very reasonable and the work done was professional and fast. Highly recommended. Andrei is an expert. Our refrigerator was leaking. Two other technicians came and could not diagnose the problem. He came in and after we explained, he could find the problem in less than 10 minutes, and worked carefully, and did a nice AND clean job in our kitchen. Thank you Andrei for the great service!

My Viking oven 'mother board' broke after only 3 years of having it. I had used Andrei in the past to repair my dryer and I called him in a panic when when oven broke. Andrei showed up the next day - determined the problem and then once the part was in he came to repair the oven. It is now working perfectly. He was a pleasure to deal with. He fixed the problem, was fair with his pricing and left no mess after the repair. I would definelty use him again for any appliance repair I have.

Andrei did an excellent job fixing our dishwasher! He responded the same day and within an hour we had a functioning appliance. We highly recommended Asa Appliance repair. I had a great experience with ASA Appliance Repair! Andrei came out quickly to repair my fridge. I was grateful because my food was thawing out! Andrei was friendly, yet very professional. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The charge was more than fair for what he did. He then fixed a couple of other things in my kitchen, which he didnt charge me for. I enthusiastically recommend ASA Appliance! Dont even bother looking for someone else!

I havent been able to do laundry for a week cause the dryer wasnt getting warm no matter what I tried. I called ASA and Andre came out the next morning. He was very fast and detail orient. Found I needed to replace the fuse. He replaced it and he even cleaned out my exhaust vents which were getting built up. I highly recommend!

I have to say that this is probably the best appliance repair company Ive worked with. The level of knowledge of this very complicated Viking refrigerator that Andrei demonstrated was spectacular. And not only did he diagnose the problem correctly and replace the icemaker on a 12 year old unit, he serviced the entire appliance so I would not be encumbered by future breakdowns. The price was fair. The speed with which he accomplished everything was impressive. This company is most certainly going into my phone as the top appliance repair option.
